Reliable GST for E-Commerce Sellers for Veppampattu businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.1,499. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Veppampattu looking for GST for E-Commerce Sellers want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Veppampattu straddles the Chennai-Tirupati Highway at its railway overbridge, with fabrication workshops, brick kilns and cement and building-material yards along Eswaran Nagar Main Road, Ayathur Road and Boojankandigai Road, and steady retail trade in Dunlop Nagar, Sri Balaji Nagar and the Housing Board Colony. Building-material dealers here get caught on e-way bill limits for short local movements, while lorry operators serving the Thiruvallur belt need reverse charge support. We serve this belt — including Tiruninravur and Perumalpattu — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Veppampattu never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Veppampattu business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Each month we collect sales, settlement and returns reports from every marketplace you sell on, plus purchase bills and marketplace commission invoices.
Marketplace data is converted into GST-ready figures: state-wise B2C supplies by place of supply, B2B invoices where applicable, and credit notes for customer returns.
GSTR-1 is filed by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th, with input tax credit on commissions, shipping and inventory purchases reconciled against GSTR-2B.
TCS reported by operators in GSTR-8 is accepted on the portal, matched against your sales, and differences are traced to returns, cancellations or timing.
You receive a seller compliance summary covering sales by state, tax paid, TCS credits claimed and pending mismatches, with alerts on any new marketplace requirement.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Monthly, aligned to the 11th and 20th due dates · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.14,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 65/2017-Central Tax dated 15.11.2017 · 2017-11-15
Section 24 of the CGST Act compels anyone supplying through an electronic commerce operator required to collect tax at source to register, regardless of turnover. This notification exempts from that compulsion persons supplying services, other than services under section 9(5), through such an operator, provided their aggregate turnover stays below the ordinary registration threshold. Suppliers of goods through platforms were not covered by this relief.
What to do about it: A small Chennai service provider listing on an app or marketplace need not register merely because of the platform, so long as turnover remains below the threshold.
Krishna Bhavan Foods and Sweets - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/24/AAR/2021, dated 18 June 2021, upheld by AAAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/AAAR/02/2022, dated 13 January 2022 · 2021-06-18
The applicant sold packaged ready to cook instant mixes for dosai, idli, tiffin items, sweets, health mix and porridge. It argued that these were only flours of cereals and pulses taxable at 5 percent. The Authority classified the products under heading 2106 90 as food preparations not elsewhere specified, attracting 18 percent GST, because the mixing and added ingredients took them out of the concessional flour entries. The Appellate Authority upheld that classification.
How we apply it: Chennai food manufacturers selling instant mixes should confirm whether the product is a plain flour or a preparation before applying 5 percent.
23rd GST Council Meeting, Guwahati — 10 November 2017 (PIB Release ID 1509037) · 2017-11-10
The Council recommended reducing the GST rate from 28 to 18 per cent on goods falling in 178 headings at the four-digit level, including four headings only partially pruned, so that the 28 per cent list fell from 224 tariff headings to only about 50. Further reductions were recommended from 28 to 12 per cent, from 18 to 12 per cent and from 18 to 5 per cent on specified goods, together with relief for the aviation and handicraft sectors and restaurants.
Practical effect: This is the single largest rate rationalisation of the early GST years and reset the price and credit position for most Chennai consumer goods dealers overnight.
