Engaging ChennaiGST for any service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Fees quoted are professional fees and exclude government fees, penalties or taxes unless stated. Timelines quoted are typical processing times; government portal processing is outside our control.

All filings are prepared from information and documents provided by the client; accuracy of source data is the client's responsibility. Fees for completed work are non-refundable once filing is submitted. Disputes are subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
