Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Refund RFD-01 is completed on the portal from Rs.4,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Ambattur have relied on for years.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Ambattur hosts one of South India's largest small-scale industrial estates, where thousands of engineering, auto component, garment and fabrication units operate across the North and South phases off MTH Road and Ambattur-Red Hills Road. Job work movements between units demand disciplined ITC-04 and delivery challan records, while exporters and units crossing Rs.5 crore turnover must manage LUT filings and e-invoicing. GST compliance in a market like Ambattur rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses throughout Ambattur and nearby Avadi and Padi on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Ambattur always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Ambattur. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Ambattur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
Why this matters: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
M/s. Caterpillar India (P) Ltd v. State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. Nos. 5075, 5076, 5078, 5081, 5128, 5185 and 5189 of 2019, decided 26 February 2019 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2019-02-26
Consignments were detained because the e-way bills accompanying them had expired. The Court directed immediate release on furnishing a bank guarantee and, importantly, directed the assessing officer to consider whether the lapse was a substantive violation or only a technical breach, having regard to Sections 122, 125 and 126 of the CGST Act. Adjudication was to be completed within four weeks, with amounts already remitted by the transporter adjusted against the final determination.
What it means for you: A Chennai consignor whose goods are held for a stale e-way bill can seek release against security while pressing that Section 126 requires leniency for minor procedural lapses.
Circular No. 197/09/2023-GST · 2023-07-17
CBIC clarified several refund issues: the value of export goods, for both 'turnover of zero-rated supply of goods' and 'adjusted total turnover' under Rule 89(4), is the lower of the FOB value declared in the shipping bill and the value declared in the tax invoice; the scope of the undertaking required in Form RFD-01 in relation to Section 16(2)(c) was explained; refund of accumulated credit is admissible even where the credit pertains to invoices of an earlier period but was availed in the refund period; and the manner of computing refunds where GSTR-2B based restrictions apply was set out.
Why this matters: Exporters should compute refund claims using the lower of FOB and invoice value and cite this circular when officers seek unwarranted undertakings or reject earlier-period credit.
