ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books in Anna Nagar does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.1,499, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Anna Nagar, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Anna Nagar's avenue grid, centred on 2nd Avenue between the Roundtana and Thirumangalam, carries branded retail, banks, restaurants, coaching institutes, clinics and professional offices, with Shanthi Colony and Chinthamani as busy secondary markets. Service firms here often discover the Rs.20 lakh registration threshold late, and restaurants must manage the 5 per cent rate without input tax credit. We provide ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books to businesses across Anna Nagar and the adjoining Aminjikarai and Thirumangalam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Anna Nagar would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Anna Nagar are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Anna Nagar business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Anna Nagar regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Each month we take your purchase register in any format and download the auto-drafted GSTR-2B for the same period from the portal.
Every invoice is matched on GSTIN, invoice number, date and tax amount, with tolerance logic that catches rounding and date-shift cases without false mismatches.
Unmatched items are classified as supplier not filed, wrong GSTIN quoted, value differences or duplicates, so each category gets the correct corrective action.
We prepare a defaulter list with amounts at stake and ready-to-send follow-up messages, helping you recover credit before it lapses at the November deadline.
A final eligible ITC statement with reversals under Rules 37, 42 and 43 considered is delivered before the 20th, ready for direct use in GSTR-3B.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Monthly, completed before GSTR-3B filing on the 20th · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Circular No. 200/12/2023-GST, dated 1 August 2023 · 2023-08-01
Giving effect to the 50th GST Council decisions, CBIC clarified that un-fried and uncooked snack pellets manufactured by extrusion are classifiable under tariff item 1905 90 30 and attract five per cent with effect from 27 July 2023, and that fish soluble paste moved from eighteen to five per cent from the same date. Imitation zari thread or yarn made from metallised polyester or plastic film was placed at five per cent, and past periods were regularised on an as-is basis.
What to do about it: Snack and zari manufacturers in and around Chennai got both a lower rate and protection for past periods, so old demands on these items should be contested with this circular.
Notification No. 21/2018-Central Tax (Rate), dated 26 July 2018 (G.S.R. 695(E)) · 2018-07-26
This notification created a dedicated table of handicraft items with concessional rates, covering handcrafted candles, carved and inlaid wood products, wooden frames, art ware of cork and sholapith, basketwork and mats of vegetable material including korai mats, handmade paper, papier mache articles, coir products, handmade carpets, bamboo and cane ware. It operated independently of the main goods schedule so that genuine artisan output was not pushed into higher slabs by tariff classification.
What to do about it: Traders in korai mats, coir goods and wooden handicrafts from Tamil Nadu should classify under this notification rather than the general chapter rate.
Tarun Realtors Pvt Ltd — AAR Karnataka, Advance Ruling No. KAR ADRG 103/2019, dated 30 September 2019 · 2019-09-30
The applicant was constructing a shopping mall to be let out on rent and sought credit on lifts, escalators, air-conditioning and chilling plant, electrical systems, fire-fighting equipment and similar installations. The Karnataka Authority for Advance Ruling held that once installed these items become part of the immovable property, so the bar in Section 17(5)(c) and (d) of the CGST Act applies and credit is not available, even though the completed mall is used to make taxable rental supplies.
How we apply it: A Chennai commercial landlord should assume credit on building works and permanently installed plant is blocked and should price rentals to absorb that tax.
