Searching for dependable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing near Pozhichalur? Our Chennai GST practice completes it from Rs.749 with a written checklist, senior-reviewed preparation and full acknowledgement copies, so you always know exactly where your work stands.
We serve businesses on and around Thiru Nagar Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Pozhichalur sits behind Pammal on the Cowl Bazaar road network, a temple-and-workshop pocket where provision stores, hardware shops, tailoring and leather job-work units, flat promoters and paying-guest hostels for airport staff share space along Dr. Ambedkar Road, Kalaignar Road and the Anna Nagar - Pozhichalur Link Road. Small traders drift in and out of the forty lakh threshold, and job workers face persistent classification and input tax credit reversal queries. When businesses of this kind evaluate GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Pozhichalur, Pammal and Anakaputhur on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Pozhichalur business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Pozhichalur often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Pozhichalur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
Thiru Nagar Main Road is a residential street in Pozhichalur, about 450 m north-west of the centre of Pozhichalur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — St. Thomas Street (about 100 m); Annai Indira Gandhi Street (about 300 m); Lakshmi Nagar Main Road (about 300 m); Dr. Ambedkar Road (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Thiru Nagar Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Pozhichalur on the same trip. Notification No. 01/2017-Central Tax dated 19.06.2017 · 2017-06-19
This was the first notification issued under the CGST Act. It appointed 22 June 2017 as the date on which the preliminary and registration provisions came into force, including sections 1 to 5, section 10 (composition levy) and sections 22 to 30, which deal with who must register, compulsory registration, the procedure for registration, amendment of registration and cancellation. It opened the GST registration window before the tax itself became payable.
How we apply it: Every Chennai registration granted on or after 22 June 2017 traces its legal authority to this notification, so registration certificates dated from that day are validly issued.
GSTN Advisory, April 2024 — reset and re-filing of Form GSTR-3B for certain identified taxpayers · 2024-04
GSTN found that in a small number of cases credit or liability figures had been wrongly auto-populated into GSTR-3B. The affected returns were reset and made available for filing afresh. Only the taxpayers identified by the system saw the option on their dashboard and they were given a short window to verify the figures and file again. No general facility to revise a filed GSTR-3B was created.
What to do about it: A filed GSTR-3B still cannot be revised as a rule, so verify the auto-populated figures carefully before you submit the return.
Rich Dairy Products (India) Pvt Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu (2019), upheld by AAAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/AAAR/01/2020 · 2019
The Namakkal manufacturer made carbonated beverages containing fruit juice and sought classification under the fruit pulp or fruit juice based drinks entry taxed at 12 percent. The Authority held that once carbon dioxide is added the product is classifiable under heading 2202 10 as waters containing added carbon dioxide and flavouring, and not as fruit juice under heading 2009, so the higher rate applicable to that entry along with compensation cess applies. The Appellate Authority upheld that view.
Why this matters: Chennai beverage makers must check whether the drink is carbonated before applying the 12 percent fruit drink rate.
