Trusted GST Refund RFD-01 support for Vepery, priced from Rs.4,999 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Maddox Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Vepery looking for GST Refund RFD-01 want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Vepery adjoins the Periamet leather market and carries a long tradition of hide merchants, leather goods traders and exporters along Vepery High Road and Raja Muthiah Road, with the Madras Veterinary College anchoring the locality. Leather exporters here depend on annual LUT filing in RFD-11 and timely RFD-01 refund claims of accumulated input tax credit on zero-rated exports. We serve this belt — including Purasawalkam and Egmore — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Vepery never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Vepery business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Vepery never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Vepery business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
Maddox Street is a main connecting road in Vepery, about 650 m north-east of the centre of Vepery. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — General Collins Road (about 150 m); Naramban Street (about 150 m); Baker Street (about 250 m); Aryan Lane (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Maddox Street can usually be combined with other work in Vepery on the same trip. M/s. Century Apparels (P) Ltd v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 3748 of 2025, decided 22 October 2025 (G.R. Swaminathan J.) · 2025-10-22
Garments moving from Tirupur to Tuticorin for export were detained because the e-way bill showed Chennai as the place of dispatch, and a penalty equal to 200 per cent of tax was levied under Section 129(1)(a). The Court quashed the penalty, holding that the goods were in fact covered by documents, that the error was typographical and easily correctable, that Section 126 forbids penalty for such minor breaches absent fraudulent intent, and that leaving the reply column blank breached Section 129(4).
How we apply it: A Tamil Nadu exporter penalised for a clerical mistake in the e-way bill, with no allegation of evasion, has a strong case for refund of the penalty paid under protest.
GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
How we apply it: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
Rotary Club of Mumbai Queens Necklace — AAAR Maharashtra (2019), on appeal from AAR Maharashtra, Advance Ruling No. GST-ARA-118/2018-19 · 2019
The club collected membership subscriptions and admission fees which were spent on meetings, administration and communication, with no facility or benefit supplied to members in return. The Maharashtra Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling held that the collections merely defray shared expenses, that there is no supply of goods or services to members, and that the amounts are therefore not consideration liable to tax.
What to do about it: Chennai associations should note that Section 7(1)(aa), inserted with retrospective effect from 1 July 2017, now treats club to member supplies as taxable, so this reasoning no longer holds.
