Trusted New GST Registration support for Agaram, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around 49th Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Agaram is a tight grid of workshops and homes between Peravallur and Sembium, with tailoring and hosiery units, footwear stitchers, cycle and two wheeler mechanics and small foundries along Loco Works Road and Kumaran Nagar Main Road. Market Street, Temple Road and the Paper Mills Road frontage carry grocery and rice wholesalers serving the Perambur belt, while Jaganathan Colony and Bharathi Nagar hold rented workshop sheds. Composition scheme limits, unregistered job work movements and cash sale invoicing gaps drive most notices received here. Years of working in and around Agaram have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our New GST Registration is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Peravallur and Sembium, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Agaram always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Agaram never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Agaram would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Agaram through each of these so month one starts correctly.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
49th Road is a residential street in Agaram, about 650 m north of the centre of Agaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Kuppuswamy Street (about 100 m); 3rd Street (about 150 m); Sarsamy Street (about 200 m); 2nd Street (about 250 m) — so a site visit on 49th Road can usually be combined with other work in Agaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 49th Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Agaram pincode is 600082.

Notification No. 46/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14.11.2017 · 2017-11-14
Acting on the GST Council's decision at its 23rd meeting in Guwahati, this notification restructured the rate on restaurant, eating joint, mess and canteen services. From 15 November 2017 the rate became 5 per cent with the express condition that no input tax credit on goods and services used in supplying the service may be taken. Restaurants located in hotels where the declared tariff of any unit of accommodation was seven thousand five hundred rupees or more continued at 18 per cent with full input tax credit.
What to do about it: A standalone Chennai restaurant charges 5 per cent and must write off all GST on rent, equipment and ingredients as a cost, since no credit is allowed.
Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board - AAR Tamil Nadu, advance ruling reported August 2021 · 2021
The Board, based at the DMS Campus in Teynampet, Chennai, owned immovable property and let portions of it to government departments and business entities. It asked whether it needed registration and whether the rent was exempt because the tenant was the government. The Authority held that renting of commercial property by the Board to a government or a business entity is not an exempt supply, so GST was payable on the rent collected.
What it means for you: Chennai landlords letting premises to government offices must charge GST unless a specific exemption entry clearly covers the letting.
51st GST Council Meeting (virtual mode, New Delhi) — 2 August 2023 · 2023-08-02
The 51st meeting recommended amendments to the CGST Act and IGST Act, including Schedule III, to tax supplies in casinos, horse racing and online gaming at 28 per cent. Valuation was fixed at the amount paid or payable to or deposited with the supplier by or on behalf of the player, excluding amounts staked out of winnings of previous games or bets, so the tax applies on entry deposits rather than on every bet. Suppliers of online money gaming located outside India were required to take a single simplified registration, failing which public access to their platforms can be blocked. The Council said the process of amending the Acts would be completed within two months, and the amendments were brought into force from 1 October 2023.
What it means for you: From 1 October 2023, gaming operators must pay 28 per cent on user deposits, and foreign platforms without Indian registration face blocking and enforcement.
