Trusted GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing support for Broadway, priced from Rs.749 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Sembudoss Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Broadway, running along Prakasam Salai from the High Court to the bus terminus, is a dense wholesale strip for footwear, luggage, umbrellas and general merchandise, with parcel offices and transport operators clustered around the terminus and Walltax Road. Traders here depend heavily on lorry freight, so reverse charge on goods transport agency bills and e-way bill coverage are constant compliance points. When businesses of this kind evaluate GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Broadway, Parrys (George Town) and Mannady on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Broadway, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Broadway through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Broadway often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Broadway regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Broadway business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
Sembudoss Street is a residential street in Broadway, about 250 m north-east of the centre of Broadway. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Errabalu Chetty Street (about 100 m); Perianna Maistry Street (about 150 m); Umpherson Street (about 150 m); Baker Street (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Sembudoss Street can usually be combined with other work in Broadway on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Sembudoss Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Broadway pincode is 600108.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Notification No. 3/2025-Compensation Cess (Rate), dated 31 December 2025 · 2025-12-31
Issued with the tobacco rate notification, this reduces the compensation cess rate to nil on pan masala, tobacco and the related products that had continued to bear cess after September 2025, with effect from 1 February 2026. Since the goods simultaneously moved to the forty per cent GST rate, the combined burden is broadly preserved while the cess itself is retired, bringing the compensation cess levy introduced in July 2017 to an end for practical purposes.
Practical effect: From 1 February 2026 no compensation cess is charged on any goods, so cess columns in invoices, returns and accounting software should be closed out.
38th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 December 2019 · 2019-12-18
The Council waived late fee for taxpayers who furnished all pending statements of outward supplies in GSTR-1 for the tax periods from July 2017 to November 2019, provided they were filed by 10 January 2020. It also decided that e-way bill generation would be blocked for taxpayers who had not filed GSTR-1 for two tax periods, extending the blocking mechanism that already applied to GSTR-3B defaulters. Standard operating procedures were prescribed for officers dealing with non-filers, and Grievance Redressal Committees were set up at zonal and state level.
What it means for you: GSTR-1 default now carries its own e-way bill block, so filing GSTR-3B alone is not enough to keep despatches moving.
Circular No. 243/37/2024-GST · 2024-12-31
CBIC clarified that transactions in vouchers are neither a supply of goods nor of services. Where a voucher is dealt with on a principal-to-principal basis, no GST arises on its sale or distribution. Where a distributor acts as an agent for a commission, GST applies on that commission. Additional services such as marketing, customisation and technology support are taxable at eighteen per cent, and unredeemed vouchers, or breakage, do not attract GST as no supply takes place.
What to do about it: Retailers and platforms issuing gift vouchers should charge GST only on the underlying goods at redemption and on any commission earned, not on the voucher sale itself.
