Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Refund RFD-01 is completed on the portal from Rs.4,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Chitlapakkam have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around C.V. Raman 2nd Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Chitlapakkam is a dense middle-class suburb wrapped around Chitlapakkam Lake between Chromepet and Selaiyur, its Main Road lined with provision stores, bakeries, pharmacies, tuition centres and small boutiques. Most traders here operate close to the Rs.40 lakh goods registration threshold, so registration timing, quarterly filing under the QRMP scheme and CMP-08 payment discipline for composition dealers dominate GST consultations in this locality. GST compliance in a market like Chitlapakkam rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses throughout Chitlapakkam and nearby Chromepet and Selaiyur on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Chitlapakkam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Chitlapakkam never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Chitlapakkam business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
C.V. Raman 2nd Street is a residential street in Chitlapakkam, about 250 m south-west of the centre of Chitlapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Pamban Swamigal Salai (about 100 m); Lenin Street (about 200 m); 1st Cross Road (about 200 m); Babu Street (about 250 m) — so a site visit on C.V. Raman 2nd Street can usually be combined with other work in Chitlapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on C.V. Raman 2nd Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Chitlapakkam pincode is 600064.

Global Reach Education Services Pvt Ltd — AAR West Bengal, ruling dated 21 March 2018, upheld by AAAR West Bengal, Order No. 01/WBAAAR/Appeal/2018, dated 24 July 2018 · 2018-03-21
The applicant promoted courses of foreign universities in India and recruited students for them, receiving commission in foreign exchange. It claimed the service was an export and therefore zero rated. The West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling, affirmed on appeal, held that the applicant merely facilitates admission of students to the university and is an intermediary under Section 2(13) of the IGST Act. As the place of supply of an intermediary is the location of the supplier, the service is a domestic supply liable to GST.
Practical effect: Businesses earning foreign commission for facilitating a third party's supply should test the intermediary risk before treating receipts as zero-rated exports.
State Tax Officer v. Rainbow Papers Ltd — Supreme Court, judgment dated 06-09-2022 · 2022-09-06
The Supreme Court held that where a State tax statute creates a first charge on the assets of a defaulting dealer, the tax department qualifies as a secured creditor under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. A resolution plan that simply ignores statutory tax dues, or provides nil recovery to the State, can be rejected. The decision considerably strengthened the position of tax authorities in corporate insolvency resolution processes.
What to do about it: A Chennai company entering insolvency cannot assume its GST and VAT arrears will be wiped out; statutory dues must be properly dealt with in the resolution plan.
9th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 January 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2017-01-16
The dual-control deadlock that had stalled several earlier meetings was broken. The Council agreed that taxpayers would be divided between Central and State tax administrations for all administrative purposes: of taxpayers with turnover below Rs 1.5 crore, 90 per cent would go to the State administration and 10 per cent to the Centre, while taxpayers above Rs 1.5 crore would be split equally. Division was to be by computerised stratified random sampling at the State level, with both administrations retaining intelligence-based enforcement powers over the whole value chain. West Bengal recorded its dissent.
How we apply it: This is why a Chennai taxpayer is assigned either to the Tamil Nadu Commercial Taxes Department or to CGST Chennai, and why notices come from only one of them for routine matters.
