Searching for dependable ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books near Guduvancheri? Our Chennai GST practice completes it from Rs.1,499 with a written checklist, senior-reviewed preparation and full acknowledgement copies, so you always know exactly where your work stands.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Guduvancheri, formally the Nandivaram-Guduvancheri municipality on GST Road, mixes an old market core of provision wholesalers, agro traders and jewellers around Bazaar Street with warehousing and small industry towards Kayarambedu and Perumattunallur. Wholesalers dispatching stock along the Chengalpattu belt need e-way bills for consignments above Rs.50,000, and godown operators must register every storage point as an additional place of business. When businesses of this kind evaluate ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Guduvancheri, Urapakkam and Maraimalai Nagar on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Guduvancheri regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Guduvancheri never writes back to you as a demand years later.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Guduvancheri are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Each month we take your purchase register in any format and download the auto-drafted GSTR-2B for the same period from the portal.
Every invoice is matched on GSTIN, invoice number, date and tax amount, with tolerance logic that catches rounding and date-shift cases without false mismatches.
Unmatched items are classified as supplier not filed, wrong GSTIN quoted, value differences or duplicates, so each category gets the correct corrective action.
We prepare a defaulter list with amounts at stake and ready-to-send follow-up messages, helping you recover credit before it lapses at the November deadline.
A final eligible ITC statement with reversals under Rules 37, 42 and 43 considered is delivered before the 20th, ready for direct use in GSTR-3B.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Real notifications, rulings and case law our consultants track — and apply to client filings and notice replies.
Circular No. 195/07/2023-GST · 2023-07-17
CBIC clarified that where a manufacturer replaces parts or provides repair services free of cost during the warranty period, no further GST is payable because the value of the warranty was already included in the price of the original supply on which tax was paid. Consequently the manufacturer need not reverse input tax credit on such replacement parts. Where a distributor replaces parts from his own stock and is reimbursed through a credit note, the position was explained separately.
Practical effect: Manufacturers and dealers should not pay GST again on warranty replacements, and should resist ITC reversal demands raised on free-of-cost warranty issues.
VBC Associates — AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 10/2022/ARA, dated 31 August 2022 · 2022-08-31
VBC Associates installed solar power panels on its property and sought input tax credit on the goods and services used in the installation. The Tamil Nadu AAR held that the electricity generated is an exempt supply, so credit on the solar plant is barred under Section 17(2) of the CGST Act read with Rule 43(a) of the CGST Rules, being attributable to exempt supplies. The Appellate Authority subsequently upheld the denial of credit on appeal.
Why this matters: Before investing in rooftop solar, model the GST cost assuming ITC may be denied where the power generated is consumed against exempt income streams.
Annexure V to Notification No. 11/2017-Central Tax (Rate), inserted by Notification No. 03/2022-Central Tax (Rate) dated 13.07.2022 with effect from 18 July 2022 · 2022-07-13
From 18 July 2022 a goods transport agency may choose to pay tax itself instead of leaving it to the recipient under reverse charge. The option is exercised by filing a declaration in Annexure V with the jurisdictional officer before the financial year begins. Having opted in, the transporter charges tax on its own invoices, either at 5 per cent without input tax credit or at 12 per cent with full credit, and the recipient must not pay reverse charge on those bills.
Practical effect: Chennai manufacturers and traders must collect the Annexure V position of each transporter, because paying reverse charge on a forward-charge bill leads to a double payment that is hard to recover.
