Trusted GST Notice Reply support for Kovilambakkam, priced from Rs.2,999 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Thiruvalluvar Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Kovilambakkam is no exception. Kovilambakkam straddles Medavakkam Main Road and the Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam Radial Road near Eachangadu Junction and the Keelkattalai Flyover, with apartment promoters, tile and hardware showrooms, timber depots, packers-and-movers and car workshops along Ezhumalai Road and Sathya Nagar Main Road. Promoters here mishandle the affordable-housing value cap and the input credit reversal on flats left unsold at completion certificate. Our practice has shaped its GST Notice Reply work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Kovilambakkam as well as Keelkattalai and Madipakkam. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Kovilambakkam, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Kovilambakkam never writes back to you as a demand years later.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Thiruvalluvar Street is a residential street in Kovilambakkam, about 1.8 km north of the centre of Kovilambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Kalaivani Street (about 350 m); Ambal Nagar Main Road (about 450 m); Easwaran Nagar 1st Main Road (about 450 m); Duraiswamy Nagar Main Road (about 600 m) — so a site visit on Thiruvalluvar Street can usually be combined with other work in Kovilambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Thiruvalluvar Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Kovilambakkam pincode is 600129.

1st GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 22-23 September 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2016-09-23
At its very first meeting the Council debated exemption thresholds ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 25 lakh and finally agreed that a business would not need GST registration until its aggregate turnover crossed Rs 20 lakh. For the eleven Special Category States listed in Article 279A of the Constitution, the threshold was set at Rs 10 lakh. The Chairperson recorded that the figure would be reviewed after five years, once the compensation guarantee to States had run its course.
Practical effect: The Rs 20 lakh figure that still governs whether a small Chennai service business must register was settled at this meeting and has been the starting point for every later threshold change.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — filing of waiver applications under Section 128A · 2025-01
GSTN enabled Forms SPL-01 and SPL-02 on the portal from the first week of January 2025 for the Section 128A waiver scheme, under which taxpayers with Section 73 demands for FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 could get interest and penalty waived by paying the tax in full by 31 March 2025. Advisories explained eligibility, the need to withdraw pending appeals first, and the application deadline of 30 June 2025, with a further June 2025 advisory addressing technical glitches faced while submitting applications.
Practical effect: If you settled 2017-20 demands under the amnesty, preserve the SPL filings and payment proofs; if you missed it, factor full interest into dispute strategy.
Notification No. 06/2023-Central Tax · 2023-03-31
Where an officer had passed a best-judgment assessment order under Section 62(1) on or before 28 February 2023 because a taxpayer failed to file returns, the order was deemed withdrawn if the taxpayer furnished the valid return by 30 June 2023 (extended to 31 August 2023) along with interest under Section 50 and late fee under Section 47. The relief applied even where the 30-day statutory period to file the return had lapsed and no appeal had been filed against the assessment order.
Why this matters: An ASMT-13 best-judgment order is not the end of the road; filing the actual return within any notified window can wipe out the estimated demand entirely.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
