Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Refund RFD-01 is completed on the portal from Rs.4,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Moulivakkam have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Orchid Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Moulivakkam spreads west from the Chennai Bypass along Kodambakkam-Sriperumbudur Road into the Maxworth Nagar, Madha Nagar, MRK Nagar and Janakiram Nagar layouts, where the river-named streets off Ponniamman Koil Salai were plotted out of farmland. Promoters, ready-mix and steel suppliers, borewell and electrical contractors, provision stores and hospital-facing pharmacies operate here. Affordable-housing rate disputes, works-contract billing, e-way bills on sand and steel movement and first-time registrations for new shops keep compliance busy. GST compliance in a market like Moulivakkam rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses throughout Moulivakkam and nearby Mugalivakkam and Gerugambakkam on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Moulivakkam never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Moulivakkam, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2018-08-04
The Council approved a scheme to incentivise digital payment under GST. Concessions were to be given on B2C transactions paid through RuPay debit card, UPI, BHIM, USSD or BHIM-Aadhaar, by way of an automated refund to the consumer's account of twenty per cent of the total GST paid, subject to a ceiling of Rs 100 per transaction shared equally between CGST and SGST. The purchaser would be informed by SMS. The scheme was to run on a pilot basis in Assam, Tamil Nadu and any other volunteering State.
What it means for you: Tamil Nadu was one of only two States selected for this pilot, though the scheme was never rolled out in practice.
CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
What to do about it: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.
M/s. Century Apparels (P) Ltd v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 3748 of 2025, decided 22 October 2025 (G.R. Swaminathan J.) · 2025-10-22
Garments moving from Tirupur to Tuticorin for export were detained because the e-way bill showed Chennai as the place of dispatch, and a penalty equal to 200 per cent of tax was levied under Section 129(1)(a). The Court quashed the penalty, holding that the goods were in fact covered by documents, that the error was typographical and easily correctable, that Section 126 forbids penalty for such minor breaches absent fraudulent intent, and that leaving the reply column blank breached Section 129(4).
Why this matters: A Tamil Nadu exporter penalised for a clerical mistake in the e-way bill, with no allegation of evasion, has a strong case for refund of the penalty paid under protest.
