Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Moulivakkam have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around 4th Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Moulivakkam, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Moulivakkam spreads west from the Chennai Bypass along Kodambakkam-Sriperumbudur Road into the Maxworth Nagar, Madha Nagar, MRK Nagar and Janakiram Nagar layouts, where the river-named streets off Ponniamman Koil Salai were plotted out of farmland. Promoters, ready-mix and steel suppliers, borewell and electrical contractors, provision stores and hospital-facing pharmacies operate here. Affordable-housing rate disputes, works-contract billing, e-way bills on sand and steel movement and first-time registrations for new shops keep compliance busy. We provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Moulivakkam and the adjoining Mugalivakkam and Gerugambakkam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Moulivakkam compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
4th Cross Street is a residential street in Moulivakkam, about 1.4 km south-east of the centre of Moulivakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Malligai Street (about 50 m); Thamari Street (about 50 m); Maxworth Nagar II Phase I Avenue (about 100 m); 5th Cross Street (about 100 m) — so a site visit on 4th Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Moulivakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 4th Cross Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Moulivakkam pincode is 600125.

Circular No. 26/26/2017-GST dated 29 December 2017 · 2017-12-29
This consolidated circular explained the return filing decisions of the 23rd GST Council meeting. It clarified the due dates, the quantum of late fee, and, most usefully, that errors in a GSTR-3B already filed cannot be revised but must be corrected by adjusting the figures in the return of a later month, with interest payable where tax was short paid. It also dealt with returns that were submitted but not filed because of portal problems.
Practical effect: The principle that GSTR-3B is corrected in a subsequent month rather than revised still governs every rectification a Chennai business makes today.
Notification No. 09/2021-Central Tax · 2021-05-01
The late fee under Section 47 for GSTR-3B was waived for the March and April 2021 tax periods, later extended to May 2021, for a specified number of days beyond the due date. Taxpayers with turnover above Rs 5 crore received a fifteen-day waiver while smaller taxpayers received thirty days, with a corresponding waiver for quarterly filers of the January to March 2021 quarter. Beyond the waived window the ordinary late fee applied from the original due date.
Why this matters: Returns for March to May 2021 filed within the extended window carry no late fee, and portal-generated demands for those months are frequently overstated.
30th GST Council Meeting (video conference) — 28 September 2018 (PIB Release ID 1547891) · 2018-09-28
Meeting shortly after the Kerala floods, the Council discussed that State's proposal to impose a cess on SGST to fund rehabilitation and flood-related works. Because GST had removed the States' independent power to levy such a cess, the Council constituted a seven-member Group of Ministers convened by the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, with members from Assam, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab and Uttarakhand, to examine modalities for revenue mobilisation in case of natural calamities and disasters, reporting by 31 October 2018.
Why this matters: This process produced the Kerala flood cess of 2019, the only State-specific GST cess so far, and set the template for how any similar Tamil Nadu levy would have to be approved.
