The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Old Pallavaram permanently ahead of both, delivering GST Refund RFD-01 from Rs.4,999 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Grand Southern Trunk Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Old Pallavaram holds the older trading core west of the railway line, between GST Road, Darga Road and Old Trunk Road, with timber depots, hardware and paint merchants, travel and airport cab operators, and blue-metal suppliers off Pallavaram hill. The weekly Pallavaram Sandhai and the Cowl Bazaar shops draw the retail crowd. Transport and works-contract billing raise constant reverse charge, e-way bill and rental RCM questions. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Refund RFD-01 to clients across Old Pallavaram and neighbouring Pallavaram and Pammal, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Old Pallavaram never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Old Pallavaram never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Old Pallavaram. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Old Pallavaram business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
Grand Southern Trunk Road is a trunk road carrying through traffic in Old Pallavaram, about 550 m south of the centre of Old Pallavaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Station Border Road (about 400 m); Naidu Shop Road (about 650 m); Darga Road (about 700 m); Kumara Swamy Street (about 800 m) — so a site visit on Grand Southern Trunk Road can usually be combined with other work in Old Pallavaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Grand Southern Trunk Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Old Pallavaram pincode is 600117.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
What it means for you: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.
Notification No. 40/2017-Central Tax (Rate), dated 23 October 2017 · 2017-10-23
A registered supplier selling goods to a registered merchant exporter may charge only 0.05 per cent central tax plus 0.05 per cent State tax, or 0.1 per cent IGST under the parallel integrated tax notification. The concession is conditional: the exporter must place the order on the supplier's GSTIN, endorse a copy to the supplier's jurisdictional officer, move the goods directly to the port or a registered warehouse, and export within ninety days of the tax invoice, quoting the supplier's invoice in the shipping bill.
What to do about it: Chennai manufacturers supplying exporters through Chennai Port or Ennore can free up working capital using this rate, but the paperwork conditions must be documented supply by supply.
Union of India v. M/s Willowood Chemicals (P) Ltd — Supreme Court, (2022) 9 SCC 341, judgment dated 19-04-2022 · 2022-04-19
The High Court had awarded exporters interest at nine per cent on refunds released after delays of a few months. Reversing that, the Supreme Court held that the main part of Section 56 of the CGST Act fixes interest at six per cent, and the higher nine per cent rate applies only under the proviso, that is where the refund arises from an order of an adjudicating authority, appellate authority, tribunal or court. Courts cannot apply equitable rates where the statute has spoken.
What it means for you: A Chennai exporter chasing a delayed refund should claim interest at six per cent under Section 56 and reserve the nine per cent claim for refunds sanctioned pursuant to an appellate or court order.
