Trusted GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing support for Pallikaranai, priced from Rs.749 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around 1st Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Pallikaranai looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Pallikaranai, beside its famous marshland on the Velachery-Tambaram Main Road, has grown into a hospital and residential corridor anchored by Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, with supermarkets, pharmacies and apartment projects filling Kamakoti Nagar and Narayanapuram near the 200 Feet Radial Road. Pharmacies juggling 5, 12 and 18 per cent medicine slabs and mandatory HSN summaries in GSTR-1 generate constant classification work. We serve this belt — including Velachery and Medavakkam — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Pallikaranai business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Pallikaranai compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Pallikaranai regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Pallikaranai often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
1st Cross Street is a residential street in Pallikaranai, about 550 m north-west of the centre of Pallikaranai. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Mada Veethi (about 100 m); Senkazhani Amman Koil Street (about 250 m); Kamakoti Nagar 1st Main Road (about 250 m); Velachery Mudhanmai Salai (about 250 m) — so a site visit on 1st Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Pallikaranai on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 1st Cross Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Pallikaranai pincode is 600100.

Circular No. 143/13/2020-GST dated 10 November 2020 · 2020-11-10
CBIC set out the QRMP scheme available from January 2021 to registered persons with aggregate turnover up to Rs 5 crore. Such taxpayers file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B quarterly while paying tax monthly in FORM GST PMT-06 by the twenty-fifth of the following month, using either the fixed sum method based on the previous period's payment or the self-assessment method. Invoices for the first two months of a quarter may be uploaded through the Invoice Furnishing Facility, and the circular explains how interest and late fee apply.
How we apply it: Most small Chennai businesses are eligible for QRMP; choosing the fixed sum method avoids interest even if the actual liability is higher.
25th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 January 2018 (PIB Release ID 1517140) · 2018-01-18
The Council reduced the late fee for failure to furnish GSTR-1 covering supply details, GSTR-5 for non-resident taxable persons and GSTR-5A for OIDAR suppliers to Rs 50 per day, and to Rs 20 per day for nil filers. Late fee for failure to furnish GSTR-6 by an input service distributor was set at Rs 50 per day. This extended the nil-filer distinction created for GSTR-3B at the previous meeting across the rest of the return forms.
Why this matters: Catching up on old GSTR-1 filings in Chennai costs Rs 50 a day, or Rs 20 a day where the return is nil, subject to the caps notified later.
Commissioner of Customs (Import), Mumbai v. Dilip Kumar & Co — Supreme Court, Constitution Bench, (2018) 9 SCC 1, judgment dated 30-07-2018 · 2018-07-30
A five-judge Bench held that an exemption notification must be interpreted strictly, and the burden of proving entitlement lies on the person claiming it. If there is genuine ambiguity in the wording of an exemption, the benefit of doubt goes to the revenue, not the taxpayer. This overruled the contrary view in Sun Export. The principle applies squarely to GST exemption and concessional rate notifications.
Practical effect: A Chennai business claiming a GST exemption or concessional rate must fit precisely within the notification's wording, as courts will not read it liberally.
