Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Parrys (George Town) have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around McLean Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Parrys Corner is Chennai's oldest wholesale trading quarter, packed with textile houses on Godown Street, electronics stalls in Burma Bazaar, furniture rows in Rattan Bazaar and commodity merchants along Rajaji Salai facing the port. Dealers here dispatch goods statewide daily, so e-way bill discipline above Rs.50,000 consignments and reconciling thousands of B2B invoices in GSTR-1 dominate compliance work. Years of working in and around Parrys (George Town) have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Mannady and Sowcarpet, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Parrys (George Town) regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Parrys (George Town) through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Parrys (George Town) never writes back to you as a demand years later.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
McLean Street is a residential street in Parrys (George Town), about 150 m south of the centre of Parrys (George Town). The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sembudoss Street (about 50 m); Errabalu Chetty Street (about 100 m); Goomes Street (about 100 m); Perianna Maistry Street (about 150 m) — so a site visit on McLean Street can usually be combined with other work in Parrys (George Town) on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on McLean Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Parrys (George Town) pincode is 600001.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Circular No. 236/30/2024-GST · 2024-10-11
CBIC explained the scope of the phrase 'regularised on as is where is basis' used when the Council settles a disputed rate or classification. Where taxpayers paid at the lower of two competing rates or claimed an exemption in good faith, the past position is accepted as full discharge and no differential demand arises. However, no refund is available to anyone who paid at the higher rate or did not claim the exemption, and the circular works through illustrations showing exactly which past positions stand closed.
Practical effect: Read any rate clarification circular alongside its regularisation paragraph, because that paragraph often extinguishes the entire exposure for earlier years.
32nd GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 10 January 2019 · 2019-01-10
The Council created two threshold limits for exemption from registration and payment of GST for suppliers of goods, Rs 40 lakh and Rs 20 lakh, and gave states a week to choose which limit would apply in their territory. The threshold for service providers was left unchanged at Rs 20 lakh, and at Rs 10 lakh for special category states. The change was made operational from 1 April 2019 and remains the basic registration test for traders and manufacturers today.
Why this matters: A Chennai trader dealing only in goods crosses the registration line at Rs 40 lakh of aggregate turnover, but a service provider must register at Rs 20 lakh.
Rotary Club of Mumbai Queens Necklace — AAAR Maharashtra (2019), on appeal from AAR Maharashtra, Advance Ruling No. GST-ARA-118/2018-19 · 2019
The club collected membership subscriptions and admission fees which were spent on meetings, administration and communication, with no facility or benefit supplied to members in return. The Maharashtra Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling held that the collections merely defray shared expenses, that there is no supply of goods or services to members, and that the amounts are therefore not consideration liable to tax.
How we apply it: Chennai associations should note that Section 7(1)(aa), inserted with retrospective effect from 1 July 2017, now treats club to member supplies as taxable, so this reasoning no longer holds.
