Our consultants provide GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses across Perungalathur starting at Rs.4,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.

Perungalathur is where the Chennai Bypass Expressway meets GST Road beside the Perungalathur Maempalam, ringing New Perungalathur railway station with warehouses, timber and plywood depots, automobile showrooms, driving schools, grain wholesalers and highway eateries along Nehru Main Road and Kamaraj High Road. Warehouse operators and interstate suppliers live on e-way bills and transporter reverse charge, and roving-squad detentions under Section 129 are a recurring pain. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Refund RFD-01 to clients across Perungalathur and neighbouring Tambaram and Irumbuliyur, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Perungalathur business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Perungalathur never writes back to you as a demand years later.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Perungalathur through each of these so month one starts correctly.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Abirami Nagar Main Road is a residential street in Perungalathur, about 2.2 km north-east of the centre of Perungalathur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Barathiyar Street (about 100 m); 4th Street (about 350 m); Grand Southern Trunk Road (about 350 m); Kurinji Nagar Main Road (about 450 m) — so a site visit on Abirami Nagar Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Perungalathur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Abirami Nagar Main Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Perungalathur pincode is 600063.

13th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 31 March 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Items 2 and 3) · 2017-03-31
The Council approved in principle four draft GST Rules covering Input Tax Credit, Valuation, Transitional Provisions and Composition, and approved the amended versions of five rules already cleared earlier, namely Registration, Return, Payment, Refund, and Invoice and Debit or Credit Note. The rules were to be circulated to the States and placed in the public domain for comment before final approval, which is how the CGST Rules, 2017 took the shape businesses work with today.
How we apply it: The invoicing, credit and refund procedures a Chennai business follows are governed by rules whose architecture was settled at this single meeting.
GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
Practical effect: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
Jindal Stainless Ltd v. State of Haryana — Supreme Court, nine-judge Bench, (2017) 12 SCC 1, judgment dated 11-11-2016 · 2016-11-11
The Supreme Court held that a tax is not per se a restriction on the freedom of trade and commerce guaranteed by Article 301 of the Constitution. Only a discriminatory tax that favours local goods over goods from other States is hit. The judicially created concept of compensatory tax was discarded as having no constitutional basis. State entry tax laws were largely upheld, subject to the test of discrimination.
What it means for you: Chennai businesses challenging a State levy must show actual discrimination against outside goods, not merely that the levy burdens interstate trade.
