Trusted New GST Registration support for Abhiramapuram, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around 4th Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Abhiramapuram, between C.P. Ramaswamy Road and St. Mary's Road near Luz Corner, blends heritage homes with designer boutiques, silk and handloom stores, chartered accountant and law offices and speciality clinics around Sringeri Mutt Road and the numbered Abhiramapuram streets. Boutique retailers here weigh composition against regular filing, while professionals and landlords handle 18 per cent GST on fees and commercial rents. GST compliance in a market like Abhiramapuram rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides New GST Registration to businesses throughout Abhiramapuram and nearby Alwarpet and Mylapore on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Abhiramapuram, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Abhiramapuram business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
4th Main Road is a residential street in Abhiramapuram, about 600 m south of the centre of Abhiramapuram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 3rd Main Road (about 50 m); 4th Cross Street (about 100 m); RA Puram 3rd Cross Street (about 150 m); Sringeri Mutt Road (about 200 m) — so a site visit on 4th Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Abhiramapuram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 4th Main Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Abhiramapuram pincode is 600018.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST · 2025-04-17
Responding to widespread complaints about arbitrary queries, CBIC directed registration officers to seek only the documents listed in Form GST REG-01. For rented premises a valid rent agreement with the owner's ownership proof suffices; for owned premises any one ownership document is enough; no-objection certificates suffice for consent premises. Officers must not demand physical originals, question the applicant's residential address or business activity, or raise presumptive queries, and any query must be specific and approved by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner.
Practical effect: If a registration query asks for documents outside the prescribed list, cite this instruction in your REG-04 reply and escalate to the jurisdictional Commissioner if it persists.
Notification No. 08/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Section 9(4) of the CGST Act as originally enacted made a registered person liable to pay tax under reverse charge on all inward supplies received from unregistered persons. This notification granted a de minimis exemption where the aggregate value of such supplies received from all unregistered suppliers did not exceed Rs 5,000 in a day. The exemption proved unworkable in practice and section 9(4) was soon suspended altogether.
What to do about it: This threshold only matters for the July to October 2017 period, and Chennai businesses still facing scrutiny for those months should check the daily aggregate rather than invoice-wise values.
Circular No. 188/20/2022-GST · 2022-12-27
Where an unregistered person has borne GST on a flat booking or a long term insurance policy that is later cancelled, and the supplier can no longer issue a credit note because the time limit under Section 34 has expired, the buyer may claim the refund directly. The circular prescribes obtaining a temporary registration on the common portal using PAN, and filing FORM GST RFD-01 under the prescribed category with the cancellation document and proof of payment, subject to the minimum refund threshold.
How we apply it: A Chennai homebuyer whose builder agreement is cancelled after the credit note window has closed can still recover the GST directly from the department through a temporary registration.
