LUT Filing RFD-11 in Abhiramapuram does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.999, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Abhiramapuram, between C.P. Ramaswamy Road and St. Mary's Road near Luz Corner, blends heritage homes with designer boutiques, silk and handloom stores, chartered accountant and law offices and speciality clinics around Sringeri Mutt Road and the numbered Abhiramapuram streets. Boutique retailers here weigh composition against regular filing, while professionals and landlords handle 18 per cent GST on fees and commercial rents. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides LUT Filing RFD-11 to clients across Abhiramapuram and neighbouring Alwarpet and Mylapore, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Abhiramapuram business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Abhiramapuram never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Abhiramapuram often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
We confirm you are eligible to file an LUT, which covers all registered exporters except those prosecuted for tax evasion exceeding Rs.2.5 crore.
We compile the authorised signatory information and the names, addresses and occupations of two independent witnesses required for the undertaking in Form RFD-11.
The LUT is filed on the GST portal under the refunds menu, signed with DSC or EVC, usually completed on the same working day.
We download the filed LUT and share the ARN, which should be quoted on every export invoice raised without payment of IGST during the year.
We record the validity, which runs to the end of the financial year, and remind you before 1 April so the fresh LUT is in place for the new year.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Notification No. 1/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 16 January 2025 · 2025-01-16
Following the 55th GST Council meeting, fortified rice kernel classifiable under heading 1904 was placed at five per cent irrespective of end use, removing the earlier distinction based on whether it was supplied for public distribution. The same notification recast the definition of pre-packaged and labelled so that it clearly covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of not more than twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear declarations under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
What it means for you: Rice millers and food processors supplying fortified rice kernel charge five per cent from 16 January 2025 whoever the buyer is.
Global Reach Education Services Pvt Ltd — AAR West Bengal, ruling dated 21 March 2018, upheld by AAAR West Bengal, Order No. 01/WBAAAR/Appeal/2018, dated 24 July 2018 · 2018-03-21
The applicant promoted courses of foreign universities in India and recruited students for them, receiving commission in foreign exchange. It claimed the service was an export and therefore zero rated. The West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling, affirmed on appeal, held that the applicant merely facilitates admission of students to the university and is an intermediary under Section 2(13) of the IGST Act. As the place of supply of an intermediary is the location of the supplier, the service is a domestic supply liable to GST.
What it means for you: Businesses earning foreign commission for facilitating a third party's supply should test the intermediary risk before treating receipts as zero-rated exports.
Dharmendra M. Jani v. Union of India — Bombay High Court, opinion of the third judge delivered 18 April 2023 (following the split verdict of June 2021) · 2023-04-18
An intermediary serving foreign clients challenged Section 13(8)(b) of the IGST Act, which places the place of supply at the intermediary's location so that the service is taxed in India despite the recipient being abroad. After a split verdict in 2021, the third judge held the provision constitutionally valid, but clarified that Section 13(8)(b) read with Section 8(2) operates only for the purposes of the IGST Act and cannot be transplanted into the CGST or SGST Acts.
Practical effect: Chennai agents, marketing representatives and back-office intermediaries earning in foreign currency should assume GST applies and price accordingly, while noting the limited scope of the deeming fiction.
