Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Korattur, between the Padi flyover and Ambattur on the MTH Road corridor, mixes tier-2 auto component and fabrication units feeding Lucas TVS and the Ambattur estate with dense retail around Korattur railway station and the lake. Vendor units here must reconcile OEM debit and credit notes against GSTR-2B every month, because a single unmatched note can block input tax credit for a quarter. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books across Korattur for years, along with clients from Padi and Ambattur. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Korattur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Korattur through each of these so month one starts correctly.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Korattur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Each month we take your purchase register in any format and download the auto-drafted GSTR-2B for the same period from the portal.
Every invoice is matched on GSTIN, invoice number, date and tax amount, with tolerance logic that catches rounding and date-shift cases without false mismatches.
Unmatched items are classified as supplier not filed, wrong GSTIN quoted, value differences or duplicates, so each category gets the correct corrective action.
We prepare a defaulter list with amounts at stake and ready-to-send follow-up messages, helping you recover credit before it lapses at the November deadline.
A final eligible ITC statement with reversals under Rules 37, 42 and 43 considered is delivered before the 20th, ready for direct use in GSTR-3B.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Monthly, completed before GSTR-3B filing on the 20th · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.14,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
Real notifications, rulings and case law our consultants track — and apply to client filings and notice replies.
Sanofi India Ltd — AAR Maharashtra, Order No. GST-ARA-115/2018-19, dated 24 April 2019 · 2019-04-24
The pharmaceutical company distributed pens, diaries, notepads and other brand reminders to doctors and stockists, and also gave rewards under a trade loyalty programme for its distributors. The Maharashtra Authority for Advance Ruling held that these items were supplied free of charge and fell within the bar on credit for goods disposed of by way of gift under Section 17(5)(h), so input tax credit on their procurement was not admissible despite the business promotion purpose.
How we apply it: Reverse credit on branded giveaways and loyalty rewards, or expect the department to raise the point during scrutiny.
4th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 3-4 November 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2016-11-03
Summing up a long debate over five-band and six-band options, the Chairperson proposed and the Council accepted a structure with one exempt category covering food grains and similar essentials, a lower rate of five per cent for goods consumed by vulnerable sections, standard rates of 12 and 18 per cent, and a higher slab of 28 per cent. A committee of officers was directed to fit individual goods and services into those slabs. Proposals for a 40 per cent slab were rejected.
How we apply it: Every rate dispute a Chennai business faces today traces back to this four-slab architecture and to the fitment exercise it launched.
Circular No. 241/35/2024-GST · 2024-12-31
In an ex-works contract, title and risk pass at the supplier's factory gate when goods are handed over to the carrier arranged by the buyer, even though physical delivery to the buyer happens later. CBIC clarified that the condition of receipt of goods in Section 16(2)(b) is satisfied at that point through the deemed-receipt provision, so the buyer may claim input tax credit in that period, subject to actual receipt, use in business and the other conditions of Section 16.
Why this matters: Buyers on ex-works terms, common in the automobile supply chain, need not defer credit to the month of physical arrival at their premises.
