Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books is completed on the portal from Rs.1,499 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Palavakkam have relied on for years.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Palavakkam combines a working fishing hamlet around the Palavakkam Fish Market with East Coast Road retail, including seafood traders, furniture and hardware showrooms, bakeries, tuition centres and homestays along M.G.R. Road, Periyar Salai and Sea Shell Avenue. Exempt fresh-fish supply sitting alongside taxable processed and restaurant sales makes common-credit reversal under Rule 42 the standing compliance headache here. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides ITC Reconciliation 2B vs Books to clients across Palavakkam and neighbouring Kottivakkam and Neelankarai, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
Each month we take your purchase register in any format and download the auto-drafted GSTR-2B for the same period from the portal.
Every invoice is matched on GSTIN, invoice number, date and tax amount, with tolerance logic that catches rounding and date-shift cases without false mismatches.
Unmatched items are classified as supplier not filed, wrong GSTIN quoted, value differences or duplicates, so each category gets the correct corrective action.
We prepare a defaulter list with amounts at stake and ready-to-send follow-up messages, helping you recover credit before it lapses at the November deadline.
A final eligible ITC statement with reversals under Rules 37, 42 and 43 considered is delivered before the 20th, ready for direct use in GSTR-3B.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Monthly, completed before GSTR-3B filing on the 20th · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |

Notification No. 88/2020-Central Tax · 2020-11-10
CBIC amended the parent e-invoicing notification to bring registered persons with aggregate turnover exceeding Rs 100 crore into the system with effect from 1 January 2021. This was the second phase of the staged rollout and roughly doubled the covered population. The exclusions for banks, insurers, goods transport agencies, passenger transport operators, multiplex operators and special economic zone units continued unchanged, as did the requirement that the turnover be tested in any financial year from 2017-18 onwards.
Why this matters: From January 2021 a Chennai business above Rs 100 crore had to generate Invoice Reference Numbers, and an invoice without one is not a valid document for the buyer's credit.
GKB Lens Pvt Ltd — AAR West Bengal, Order No. 07/WBAAR/2018-19, dated 30 May 2018 · 2018-05-30
The applicant transferred goods from its head office in one State to a branch in another and asked how the supply between distinct persons should be valued. The West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling held that valuation is governed by Rule 28 of the CGST Rules, and that where the receiving branch is entitled to full input tax credit, the second proviso to Rule 28 permits the value declared in the invoice to be accepted as the open market value.
Practical effect: Branch transfers to a fully credit eligible unit can be invoiced at a reasonable declared value, provided invoices and stock records are complete.
Osram Surya (P) Ltd v. Commissioner of Central Excise, Indore — Supreme Court, (2002) 9 SCC 20, judgment dated 02-05-2002 · 2002-05-02
The Supreme Court held that a rule prescribing a period within which credit must be taken from the date of the invoice does not take away any vested right. It merely regulates the manner and time of availing the credit, which the legislature is entitled to do. A taxpayer who fails to take the credit within the prescribed window loses the benefit. This reasoning supports the time limit in Section 16(4) of the CGST Act.
What it means for you: Chennai businesses should reconcile purchase registers with GSTR-2B every month and claim credit within the deadline, as belated claims are generally lost.
