Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Refund RFD-01 for KK Nagar businesses from Rs.4,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around P.T. Rajan Salai — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
K.K. Nagar is a planned Tamil Nadu Housing Board neighbourhood of fifteen sectors, with retail showrooms, hospitals and coaching centres along Anna Main Road and P.T. Rajan Salai. Traders and consultants operating from converted residential premises frequently face principal place of business queries during registration, and landlords letting shopfronts contend with 18 per cent GST on commercial rent. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GST Refund RFD-01 across KK Nagar for years, along with clients from Ashok Nagar and Vadapalani. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your KK Nagar business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in KK Nagar compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
P.T. Rajan Salai is a secondary arterial road in KK Nagar, about 700 m east of the centre of KK Nagar. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — PT Rajan Salai (about 0 m); 13th Street (about 100 m); 11th Street (about 100 m); 10th Street (about 100 m) — so a site visit on P.T. 4th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 3-4 November 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2016-11-03
Summing up a long debate over five-band and six-band options, the Chairperson proposed and the Council accepted a structure with one exempt category covering food grains and similar essentials, a lower rate of five per cent for goods consumed by vulnerable sections, standard rates of 12 and 18 per cent, and a higher slab of 28 per cent. A committee of officers was directed to fit individual goods and services into those slabs. Proposals for a 40 per cent slab were rejected.
Why this matters: Every rate dispute a Chennai business faces today traces back to this four-slab architecture and to the fitment exercise it launched.
Circular No. 111/30/2019-GST dated 3 October 2019 · 2019-10-03
Where a refund earlier rejected in FORM GST RFD-06 is allowed by an appellate authority or court, CBEC clarified that the applicant must file a fresh application in FORM GST RFD-01 under the category refund on account of assessment, provisional assessment, appeal or any other order, quoting the reference number and date of the favourable order. Because the amount debited when the original claim was filed is not re-credited while the appeal is pending, it need not be debited a second time, and the officer re-credits only whatever remains rejected after the appellate order, following the guidance in Circular No. 59/33/2018-GST.
How we apply it: Winning the appeal is only half the job; the money comes only after the correct RFD-01 category is used with the order reference.
Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd v. Raman Ispat (P) Ltd — Supreme Court, judgment dated 17-07-2023 · 2023-07-17
The Supreme Court distinguished its earlier Rainbow Papers ruling and held that in liquidation, government and statutory dues fall under Section 53(1)(e) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, ranking below secured creditors and workmen's dues. Rainbow Papers was confined to its own facts, where a resolution plan had been approved ignoring statutory dues. The waterfall mechanism laid down by Parliament must be respected and cannot be overridden by a general statutory charge.
Why this matters: For a Chennai business in liquidation, GST arrears will be paid only after secured lenders and workmen, which affects how recovery notices against the company should be handled.
