Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Mandaveli have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Adanjan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Mandaveli is a dense middle-class trading strip along R.K. Mutt Road, where provision stores, sweet stalls, silk and readymade shops, banks and the MTC bus terminus serve Mylapore's southern flank, with the Mandaveli Market feeding daily vegetable trade. Most shops are family-run B2C businesses hovering near the Rs.40 lakh goods threshold, so registration timing, composition scheme choice and GSTR-3B late fees dominate consultations. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing across Mandaveli for years, along with clients from Mylapore and Raja Annamalaipuram. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Mandaveli never writes back to you as a demand years later.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Mandaveli are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Mandaveli compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
Adanjan Street is a residential street in Mandaveli, about 300 m north-east of the centre of Mandaveli. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Arunagiri Street (about 100 m); Sadaiyappan Street (about 100 m); R.K. Mutt Road (about 100 m); RK Mutt Road (about 100 m) — so a site visit on Adanjan Street can usually be combined with other work in Mandaveli on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Adanjan Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Mandaveli pincode is 600028.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 11/2020-Central Tax · 2020-03-21
Where a company is undergoing corporate insolvency resolution under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and is managed by an interim resolution professional or resolution professional, it is treated as a distinct person and must take a fresh GST registration in each State within thirty days of the professional's appointment. The entity files its first return covering the period from the insolvency commencement date, and can claim input tax credit on invoices received in that first return.
What it means for you: A Chennai company admitted into insolvency must obtain a fresh GSTIN under the resolution professional rather than continue on the old registration.
GSTN Advisory dated 23 August 2024 — introduction of the RCM Liability/ITC Statement · 2024-08-23
GSTN introduced a new RCM Liability and ITC Statement on the portal so that reverse charge tax declared in Table 3.1(d) of GSTR-3B can be matched against the corresponding credit claimed in Table 4A(2) and 4A(3). It applies from the August 2024 tax period for monthly filers and from the July to September 2024 quarter for taxpayers under the quarterly scheme. Taxpayers were required to report an opening balance of reverse charge liability paid but credit not yet claimed, or credit claimed without payment, within the window announced by GSTN.
What to do about it: Reconcile reverse charge payments with the credit taken every month, since the department can now see an RCM ledger for your GSTIN.
1st GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 22-23 September 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2016-09-23
At its very first meeting the Council debated exemption thresholds ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 25 lakh and finally agreed that a business would not need GST registration until its aggregate turnover crossed Rs 20 lakh. For the eleven Special Category States listed in Article 279A of the Constitution, the threshold was set at Rs 10 lakh. The Chairperson recorded that the figure would be reviewed after five years, once the compensation guarantee to States had run its course.
Why this matters: The Rs 20 lakh figure that still governs whether a small Chennai service business must register was settled at this meeting and has been the starting point for every later threshold change.
