Our consultants provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Mangadu starting at Rs.749. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Queen Victoria Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.

Choosing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Mangadu is ultimately an act of trust: you are handing over sales figures, purchase records and portal access. Mangadu's economy revolves around the Kamakshi Amman temple: flower and garland sellers, pooja article shops, silk saree and jewellery showrooms and sweet stalls crowd Sannathi Street and the Mangadu-Kundrathur Road, with new apartment projects towards Paraniputhur. Traders mixing exempt fresh flowers with taxable garlands, prasadam counters and gold savings schemes must split exempt and taxable turnover correctly in GSTR-1. We earn that trust the unglamorous way — fixed fees honoured, drafts approved by you before filing, acknowledgements shared the same day, and strict confidentiality throughout. Clients across Mangadu, Porur and Kundrathur have stayed with us for years on precisely this basis.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Mangadu. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Mangadu business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
Queen Victoria Road is a main connecting road in Mangadu, about 1.5 km north of the centre of Mangadu. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Writers Street (about 400 m); Rajakumari Street (about 1.3 km); Padmavathi Street (about 1.3 km); Balaji Street (about 1.3 km) — so a site visit on Queen Victoria Road can usually be combined with other work in Mangadu on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Queen Victoria Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Mangadu pincode is 600122.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
The Bank of Nova Scotia - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/23/AAR/2018, dated 31 December 2018 · 2018-12-31
The bank imported goods and stored them in a Free Trade Warehousing Zone before they were cleared. It asked whether integrated tax was payable again when the goods were removed from the zone to the domestic tariff area, over and above the tax collected at the time of customs clearance. The Authority, following Circular No. 3/1/2018-IGST dated 25 May 2018, held that the applicant is not liable to pay IGST at the time of removal, the levy arising once at clearance for home consumption.
Practical effect: Chennai importers using FTWZ facilities pay IGST once at clearance and should resist any demand for a second levy on removal.
Invoice Management System — GSTN rollout from the October 2024 tax period; credit-note controls and Rule 67B from the October 2025 tax period (GSTN Advisory dated 17 October 2025) · 2025-10-17
The Invoice Management System on the GST portal, live from the October 2024 tax period, lets recipients accept, reject or keep pending each supplier invoice, with GSTR-2B generated from these actions. From the October 2025 tax period, credit notes can be kept pending for one tax period and the recipient can declare the ITC reversal amount while accepting a credit note. Read with Rule 67B, a supplier's output liability reduction is linked to the recipient's action, with reversal required only where credit was actually availed.
How we apply it: Someone in the business must act on IMS records each month before GSTR-2B generation, because unattended rejections and credit notes now directly move both parties' tax positions.
M/s. New PSP Traders v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 17026 of 2025, decided 25 June 2025 (C. Saravanan J.) · 2025-06-25
The assessment orders had denied input tax credit purely because the returns were filed after the Section 16(4) cut-off. The Court held that the challenge was squarely covered by newly inserted Section 16(5), which permits credit on invoices relating to the financial years 2017-18 to 2020-21 if taken in any return filed up to 30 November 2021, notwithstanding Section 16(4). The impugned orders were quashed and the matter remitted for fresh orders consistent with the amendment.
How we apply it: A Chennai dealer whose ITC for 2017-18 to 2020-21 was disallowed only for late filing should apply for rectification or move the High Court, since Section 16(5) now protects that credit.
