One WhatsApp message is how most of our client relationships began. Send yours today and have GST Refund RFD-01 in Nanganallur handled end to end from Rs.4,999 — fee confirmed in writing first, documents straight from your phone, acknowledgement the day we file.
We serve businesses on and around Hindu Colony 2nd Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Nanganallur is no exception. Nanganallur is a temple-town residential market: jewellery savings schemes, provision stores, tuition centres and clinics spread across the numbered Main Roads and Hindu Colony near the 32-feet Anjaneyar Temple. Most traders here suit the composition scheme below Rs.1.5 crore, but many miss the quarterly CMP-08 payment due on the 18th and the annual GSTR-4 due 30 June. Our practice has shaped its GST Refund RFD-01 work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Nanganallur as well as Alandur and Adambakkam. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Nanganallur. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Nanganallur never writes back to you as a demand years later.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Nanganallur always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Nanganallur through each of these so month one starts correctly.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
Hindu Colony 2nd Main Road is a residential street in Nanganallur, about 1.1 km south-west of the centre of Nanganallur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Hindu Colony 25th Cross Street (about 50 m); Hindu Colony 23rd Cross Street (about 50 m); Hindu Colony 17th Cross Street (about 150 m); MGR Road (about 250 m) — so a site visit on Hindu Colony 2nd Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Nanganallur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Hindu Colony 2nd Main Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Nanganallur pincode is 600061.

9th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 January 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2017-01-16
The dual-control deadlock that had stalled several earlier meetings was broken. The Council agreed that taxpayers would be divided between Central and State tax administrations for all administrative purposes: of taxpayers with turnover below Rs 1.5 crore, 90 per cent would go to the State administration and 10 per cent to the Centre, while taxpayers above Rs 1.5 crore would be split equally. Division was to be by computerised stratified random sampling at the State level, with both administrations retaining intelligence-based enforcement powers over the whole value chain. West Bengal recorded its dissent.
What to do about it: This is why a Chennai taxpayer is assigned either to the Tamil Nadu Commercial Taxes Department or to CGST Chennai, and why notices come from only one of them for routine matters.
Circular No. 166/22/2021-GST dated 17 November 2021 · 2021-11-17
CBIC clarified four refund issues. The two-year time limit in section 54(1) does not apply to a refund of excess balance in the electronic cash ledger, and no certificate or declaration under rule 89(2)(l) or (m) is required for such a claim. Amounts deducted or collected as TDS or TCS under sections 51 and 52 and credited to the cash ledger are equivalent to cash and, once tax dues are met, the unutilised balance can be refunded as excess cash balance.
What to do about it: Money lying idle in the cash ledger, including unused TDS and TCS credits, can be claimed back at any time, which is useful for e-commerce sellers and government contractors.
Notification No. 37/2017-Central Tax dated 04.10.2017 · 2017-10-04
This notification extended the facility of furnishing a Letter of Undertaking in place of a bond to all registered persons who intend to supply goods or services for export without payment of integrated tax, subject to conditions. The main exclusion is a person who has been prosecuted for a tax evasion offence exceeding a prescribed amount. The LUT is valid for the financial year in which it is furnished and is filed on the common portal.
Why this matters: Every Chennai exporter can now file an annual LUT in FORM GST RFD-11 rather than arranging a bank guarantee, and it must be renewed at the start of each financial year.
