Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Refund RFD-01 for Nanganallur businesses from Rs.4,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Nanganallur 1st Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Nanganallur is a temple-town residential market: jewellery savings schemes, provision stores, tuition centres and clinics spread across the numbered Main Roads and Hindu Colony near the 32-feet Anjaneyar Temple. Most traders here suit the composition scheme below Rs.1.5 crore, but many miss the quarterly CMP-08 payment due on the 18th and the annual GSTR-4 due 30 June. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Nanganallur every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Refund RFD-01 for businesses in Nanganallur, and clients also reach us from Alandur and Adambakkam nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Nanganallur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Nanganallur compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Nanganallur 1st Main Road is a main connecting road in Nanganallur, about 250 m north of the centre of Nanganallur. Balaji Exim v. Commissioner, CGST — Delhi High Court, W.P.(C) No. 10407 of 2022, judgment dated 10 March 2023 · 2023-03-10
An exporter's refund of accumulated input tax credit was refused on the ground that its supplier was alleged to have passed on fraudulent credit. The High Court found there was no material to show that the goods had not in fact been received or exported. It held that an allegation against the supplier, unsupported by any finding that the exporter's purchases were not genuine, cannot justify withholding refund, and directed the refund to be processed.
How we apply it: Exporters in Chennai facing a refund freeze over a supplier's alleged conduct should press for the specific evidence linking that allegation to their own transactions.
Circular No. 166/22/2021-GST dated 17 November 2021 · 2021-11-17
CBIC clarified four refund issues. The two-year time limit in section 54(1) does not apply to a refund of excess balance in the electronic cash ledger, and no certificate or declaration under rule 89(2)(l) or (m) is required for such a claim. Amounts deducted or collected as TDS or TCS under sections 51 and 52 and credited to the cash ledger are equivalent to cash and, once tax dues are met, the unutilised balance can be refunded as excess cash balance.
Why this matters: Money lying idle in the cash ledger, including unused TDS and TCS credits, can be claimed back at any time, which is useful for e-commerce sellers and government contractors.
Notification No. 05/2017-Central Tax dated 19.06.2017 · 2017-06-19
This notification exempts from obtaining registration those persons who supply only goods or services on which the entire tax is payable by the recipient under reverse charge in terms of section 9(3) of the CGST Act. Typical beneficiaries are small goods transport agencies, individual advocates, and persons supplying only notified reverse charge items, because the recipient discharges the tax and the supplier has no output liability to report.
Why this matters: A Chennai transporter or advocate whose entire turnover is covered by reverse charge need not take GST registration, however genuinely mixed turnover destroys this exemption.
