The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in KK Nagar permanently ahead of both, delivering Nil GST Return from Rs.299 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
K.K. Nagar is a planned Tamil Nadu Housing Board neighbourhood of fifteen sectors, with retail showrooms, hospitals and coaching centres along Anna Main Road and P.T. Rajan Salai. Traders and consultants operating from converted residential premises frequently face principal place of business queries during registration, and landlords letting shopfronts contend with 18 per cent GST on commercial rent. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from KK Nagar every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver Nil GST Return for businesses in KK Nagar, and clients also reach us from Ashok Nagar and Vadapalani nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in KK Nagar never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in KK Nagar often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your KK Nagar business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in KK Nagar never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Before each due date we message you to confirm there were no sales, no purchases and no reverse charge expenses during the tax period.
We log in to the GST portal, check GSTR-2B for any auto-populated credits and verify no supplier has reported invoices against your GSTIN that need attention.
We file nil GSTR-1 before the 11th of the month, or through the quarterly cycle if you are under QRMP, and capture the acknowledgement reference.
We file nil GSTR-3B before the 20th, using portal or SMS-based nil filing as appropriate, ensuring no period is ever left pending on your account.
Both filed acknowledgements are sent to you on WhatsApp and email the same day, along with confirmation that your compliance status shows no pending returns.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed within 1 working day of confirmation · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |

Tvl. Suguna Cutpiece Center v. Appellate Deputy Commissioner (ST) (GST) — Madras High Court, 2022 · 2022-01-31
For a batch of taxpayers whose registrations were cancelled for non-filing of returns and who missed the revocation and appeal deadlines, the Madras High Court held that keeping them outside the GST regime serves no revenue purpose. It directed restoration of registrations subject to conditions: filing all pending returns, paying tax dues with interest and late fee in cash without using unverified ITC, and allowing departmental verification. This decision is now applied across High Courts.
Practical effect: A GST registration cancelled for non-filing can still be revived through this precedent even after deadlines lapse — act fast, file pending returns and clear dues in cash.
19th GST Council Meeting (video conference) — 17 July 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2; CBIC Press Release dated 17 July 2017) · 2017-07-17
Meeting by video conference barely a fortnight after rollout, the Council found that the combination of a twenty-eight per cent rate and the compensation cess rates originally fixed had left cigarettes bearing less tax than under the earlier excise and VAT regime, handing manufacturers a windfall. The Council recommended an increase in the compensation cess rates on cigarettes so as to align the total GST incidence with the pre-GST level, and the revised cess rates were notified with effect from 18 July 2017.
What to do about it: It showed early on that the Council would move within days to correct a rate that produced an unintended windfall, in either direction.
GSTN Advisory dated 7 June 2025 — barring of GST returns after three years (Finance Act, 2023; Notification No. 28/2023-Central Tax) · 2025-06-07
Implementing the Finance Act, 2023 amendments to Sections 37, 39, 44 and 52, notified by Notification No. 28/2023-Central Tax, GSTN advised that from the July 2025 tax period the portal blocks filing of GST returns once three years have passed from their due date. The bar covers GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B, GSTR-4, GSTR-5, GSTR-5A, GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-8 and GSTR-9. Taxpayers with old pending returns were urged to reconcile their records and file before the returns became permanently time-barred on the portal.
What it means for you: Clear every pending old return now, because once the three-year window closes the portal will not accept the return and registration consequences follow.
