From Rs.1,499, our team delivers QRMP Quarterly Filing for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Aminjikarai. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Aminjikarai straddles Poonamallee High Road with vehicle showrooms, the Ampa Skywalk mall and hotel kitchens, while its wholesale vegetable and fruit market feeds retailers across central Chennai and Nelson Manickam Road hosts offices and service firms. Commission agents handling exempt fresh produce alongside taxable services must sort registration and proportionate credit reversal, the market's recurring GST puzzle. Years of working in and around Aminjikarai have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our QRMP Quarterly Filing is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Anna Nagar and Choolaimedu, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Aminjikarai never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Aminjikarai business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Aminjikarai through each of these so month one starts correctly.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
We confirm your eligibility under the Rs.5 crore limit, compare QRMP against monthly filing for your business, and select or continue the scheme on the portal.
In the first two months of the quarter we upload your B2B invoices through the Invoice Furnishing Facility by the 13th, so customers see credit in their GSTR-2B promptly.
We compute tax for each of the first two months under the fixed sum or self-assessment method and generate the PMT-06 challan for payment by the 25th.
After the quarter ends we consolidate all three months of sales and purchases, reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B, and prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
With your confirmation we file quarterly GSTR-1 by the 13th and GSTR-3B by the 22nd, then share acknowledgements and a quarterly tax summary for your records.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: IFF by the 13th, GSTR-3B by the 22nd after each quarter · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
Positions we rely on when preparing filings and drafting replies — with the exact citation, so you can verify each one.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — non-generation of GSTR-2B for the first two months of a quarter under the QRMP scheme · 2025-01
GSTN clarified that for taxpayers under the Quarterly Return Monthly Payment scheme, GSTR-2B is generated only for the last month of each quarter, and inward supplies of all three months appear in that single quarterly statement. GSTN also explained that GSTR-2B is not generated for a period where the previous period's GSTR-3B remains unfiled, and that the statement becomes available once the pending return is filed.
What to do about it: QRMP businesses should plan input tax credit reconciliation quarterly and clear any pending GSTR-3B, since an unfiled return stops the next GSTR-2B from being generated.
Notification No. 3/2025-Compensation Cess (Rate), dated 31 December 2025 · 2025-12-31
Issued with the tobacco rate notification, this reduces the compensation cess rate to nil on pan masala, tobacco and the related products that had continued to bear cess after September 2025, with effect from 1 February 2026. Since the goods simultaneously moved to the forty per cent GST rate, the combined burden is broadly preserved while the cess itself is retired, bringing the compensation cess levy introduced in July 2017 to an end for practical purposes.
Why this matters: From 1 February 2026 no compensation cess is charged on any goods, so cess columns in invoices, returns and accounting software should be closed out.
Munjaal Manishbhai Bhatt v. Union of India — Gujarat High Court, 2022 · 2022-05-06
In a bungalow purchase where land constituted the dominant value, the Gujarat High Court held that the deeming fiction treating land value as one-third of the total consideration for GST on construction is arbitrary if applied mandatorily. Where the actual value of land is ascertainable from the agreement, tax must be computed after deducting the real land value; the one-third deduction in the rate notification was read down as optional, available at the taxpayer's choice.
What it means for you: Builders and buyers with separately valued land agreements can compute GST on actual construction value — worth revisiting for plotted developments and villa projects around Chennai.
