Whether you are a first-time registrant or an established trader, QRMP Quarterly Filing in Saidapet deserves a specialist rather than a side job. From Rs.1,499, our GST-focused Chennai practice runs the entire process on written checklists and senior-reviewed submissions.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Saidapet's trade runs to auto workshops, spare parts dealers, hardware and timber merchants along Anna Salai and Jeenis Road, with the Saidapet court complex feeding legal and documentation services. Used-parts dealers must apply the margin scheme correctly, and small traders here frequently accumulate GSTR-3B late fees of Rs.50 per day that dwarf the tax actually payable. Years of working in and around Saidapet have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our QRMP Quarterly Filing is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Guindy and T. Nagar, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Saidapet, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
We confirm your eligibility under the Rs.5 crore limit, compare QRMP against monthly filing for your business, and select or continue the scheme on the portal.
In the first two months of the quarter we upload your B2B invoices through the Invoice Furnishing Facility by the 13th, so customers see credit in their GSTR-2B promptly.
We compute tax for each of the first two months under the fixed sum or self-assessment method and generate the PMT-06 challan for payment by the 25th.
After the quarter ends we consolidate all three months of sales and purchases, reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B, and prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
With your confirmation we file quarterly GSTR-1 by the 13th and GSTR-3B by the 22nd, then share acknowledgements and a quarterly tax summary for your records.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: IFF by the 13th, GSTR-3B by the 22nd after each quarter · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Real notifications, rulings and case law our consultants track — and apply to client filings and notice replies.
Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board - AAR Tamil Nadu, advance ruling reported August 2021 · 2021
The Board, based at the DMS Campus in Teynampet, Chennai, owned immovable property and let portions of it to government departments and business entities. It asked whether it needed registration and whether the rent was exempt because the tenant was the government. The Authority held that renting of commercial property by the Board to a government or a business entity is not an exempt supply, so GST was payable on the rent collected.
Practical effect: Chennai landlords letting premises to government offices must charge GST unless a specific exemption entry clearly covers the letting.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — non-generation of GSTR-2B for the first two months of a quarter under the QRMP scheme · 2025-01
GSTN clarified that for taxpayers under the Quarterly Return Monthly Payment scheme, GSTR-2B is generated only for the last month of each quarter, and inward supplies of all three months appear in that single quarterly statement. GSTN also explained that GSTR-2B is not generated for a period where the previous period's GSTR-3B remains unfiled, and that the statement becomes available once the pending return is filed.
How we apply it: QRMP businesses should plan input tax credit reconciliation quarterly and clear any pending GSTR-3B, since an unfiled return stops the next GSTR-2B from being generated.
Notification No. 12/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025 · 2025-09-17
The old and used motor vehicle notification of January 2018 referred to Schedule IV of the 2017 rate notification to identify the vehicles it covered. Since that notification was superseded, this amendment substitutes a reference to Schedule II or Schedule III of the new goods rate notification with effect from 22 September 2025. The margin-based valuation and the bar on having availed input tax credit continue exactly as before; only the cross-reference changes.
What to do about it: Second-hand vehicle dealers need not change their computation method, but should quote the corrected notification reference in invoices and replies to officers.
