Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Notice Reply for Rajakilpakkam businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Ranganathan 3rd Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Rajakilpakkam sits between Camp Road Junction and Madambakkam High Road, a household retail belt of provision stores, hardware and paint dealers, clinics, tuition centres and small eateries, with apartment blocks rising along the IAF Road and Karpaga Nagar layouts. Kirana traders hover around the registration threshold, while joint-development promoters wrestle with the one and five per cent residential rates and blocked input tax credit. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Notice Reply to clients across Rajakilpakkam and neighbouring Sembakkam and Selaiyur, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Rajakilpakkam would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Rajakilpakkam are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Ranganathan 3rd Street is a residential street in Rajakilpakkam, about 550 m south-west of the centre of Rajakilpakkam. 23rd GST Council Meeting, Guwahati — 10 November 2017 (PIB Release ID 1509037) · 2017-11-10
The Council recommended reducing the GST rate from 28 to 18 per cent on goods falling in 178 headings at the four-digit level, including four headings only partially pruned, so that the 28 per cent list fell from 224 tariff headings to only about 50. Further reductions were recommended from 28 to 12 per cent, from 18 to 12 per cent and from 18 to 5 per cent on specified goods, together with relief for the aviation and handicraft sectors and restaurants.
What to do about it: This is the single largest rate rationalisation of the early GST years and reset the price and credit position for most Chennai consumer goods dealers overnight.
Circular No. 145/01/2021-GST dated 11 February 2021 · 2021-02-11
Rule 21A(2A), inserted with effect from 22 December 2020, permits immediate suspension of a registration where a comparison of the returns filed under section 39 with the outward supplies reported in FORM GSTR-1, or with the inward supplies derived from the GSTR-1 filed by the taxpayer's own suppliers, shows significant differences or anomalies indicating contravention of the Act. CBIC directed that the taxpayer be intimated in FORM GST REG-31, or by email until that form is available on the portal, and be given thirty days to explain, after which the suspension is revoked or cancellation proceeds.
What it means for you: A suspension notice must be answered within thirty days with a reconciliation, because ignoring the REG-31 intimation leads straight to cancellation.
Synergy Fertichem (P) Ltd v. State of Gujarat — Gujarat High Court, Special Civil Application No. 4730 of 2019, judgment dated 23 December 2019 · 2019-12-23
The Division Bench examined the relationship between Section 129 (detention and release of goods in transit) and Section 130 (confiscation). It held that the two operate in different fields and that Section 130 cannot be invoked mechanically along with the detention notice. Confiscation requires a clear case of intent to evade tax, established after issuing a proper notice and hearing. Detailed guidance was given on when the higher power of confiscation may legitimately be resorted to.
How we apply it: If a detention notice for a vehicle is immediately followed by a confiscation notice, examine whether the department has actually established intent to evade tax.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
