Reliable GST Notice Reply for Red Hills businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.2,999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Jeeva Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Red Hills, at the junction of Grand Northern Trunk Road and the Outer Ring Road beside the Puzhal reservoir, remains Chennai's paddy and rice milling centre, ringed by timber depots, brick suppliers and lorry yards in Puzhal and Padiyanallur. Millers must track the split between exempt loose rice and 5 per cent pre-packaged labelled rice, and reverse proportionate input tax credit on exempt turnover. Years of working in and around Red Hills have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GST Notice Reply is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Madhavaram and Puzhal, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Red Hills compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Red Hills business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
Jeeva Street is a residential street in Red Hills, about 1.6 km north-west of the centre of Red Hills. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Thilagar Street (about 300 m); Singaperumalkoil - Sriperumbudur - Thiruvallur - Red Hills Road (about 300 m); Grand North Trunk Service Road (about 650 m); Ambedkar Street (about 1.0 km) — so a site visit on Jeeva Street can usually be combined with other work in Red Hills on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Jeeva Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Red Hills pincode is 600052.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

41st GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 27 August 2020 · 2020-08-27
The 41st meeting was convened with a single agenda item, GST compensation to states and union territories, after collections collapsed during the pandemic. The Centre placed before the Council two borrowing options for meeting the compensation shortfall for 2020-21: a special window facilitated by the Reserve Bank of India for the portion of the shortfall attributed to GST implementation itself, or market borrowing of the entire estimated shortfall by the states, in both cases serviced from future compensation cess collections. States were given a short period to convey their choice.
How we apply it: The borrowings arranged here are why compensation cess continued to be collected on cess goods long after the five-year compensation period ended in June 2022.
Circular No. 171/03/2022-GST · 2022-07-06
The Board explained how demand and penalty apply where invoices are issued without any actual supply. A person who merely issues such an invoice has no output tax liability under Sections 73 or 74, because there is no supply at all, but is liable to penalty under Section 122(1)(ii). A person who takes and utilises credit on such an invoice faces demand and penalty under Section 74, and a person who further passes on that credit is treated the same way.
Why this matters: If your Chennai firm is alleged to have issued bill-only invoices, this circular is the basis for arguing that a tax demand cannot be raised on the issuer, only a penalty.
CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST · 2025-04-17
Responding to widespread complaints about arbitrary queries, CBIC directed registration officers to seek only the documents listed in Form GST REG-01. For rented premises a valid rent agreement with the owner's ownership proof suffices; for owned premises any one ownership document is enough; no-objection certificates suffice for consent premises. Officers must not demand physical originals, question the applicant's residential address or business activity, or raise presumptive queries, and any query must be specific and approved by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner.
What to do about it: If a registration query asks for documents outside the prescribed list, cite this instruction in your REG-04 reply and escalate to the jurisdictional Commissioner if it persists.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
