Trusted GST Notice Reply support for Urapakkam, priced from Rs.2,999 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Kanthan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Finding dependable GST Notice Reply in Urapakkam usually means choosing between a distant online portal and an overloaded local accountant. Urapakkam is a fast-growing apartment corridor on GST Road between Vandalur and Guduvancheri, where builders, ready-mix concrete and building-material suppliers, supermarkets and clinics serve thousands of new households around the railway station. Builders here must apply the 1 per cent affordable and 5 per cent other residential rates without input tax credit, and account for reverse charge when cement is purchased from unregistered suppliers. We offer a third option: a professional Chennai GST practice that treats Urapakkam, Vandalur and Guduvancheri as home ground, responds the same working day, files ahead of deadlines, and stands behind its work if a notice ever arrives on a return we prepared.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Urapakkam often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Urapakkam are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
Kanthan Street is a residential street in Urapakkam, about 900 m south-east of the centre of Urapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Ramalingam Nagar Krishna Street (about 100 m); Sivasamy 1st Cross street (about 100 m); Ramalingam Nagar Main Road (about 150 m); Eswaran Temple 1st Cross Street (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Kanthan Street can usually be combined with other work in Urapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Kanthan Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Urapakkam pincode is 603210.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
CBIC Instruction No. 01/2025-GST · 2025-01-13
Following High Court rulings on the constitutional requirement to inform an arrested person of the grounds of arrest, CBIC revised its arrest guidelines. The grounds of arrest must be explained and furnished in writing to the person as an annexure to the arrest memo, and written acknowledgement of receipt must be obtained. This supplements the earlier requirement that arrest be based on reasons to believe recorded in writing, with approval of the Commissioner, and only for offences crossing the prescribed thresholds.
What to do about it: If a summons escalates towards arrest, insist on written grounds of arrest, as their absence has repeatedly led courts to set aside GST arrests.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2) · 2018-08-04
The Council devoted an entire meeting to the concerns of micro, small and medium enterprises, noting that roughly five crore MSME units employ about twelve crore people. It constituted a Group of Ministers on MSME convened by the Union Minister of State for Finance, directed the Fitment, Law and IT Committees to examine MSME issues raised by States and field formations and report to that Group within two months, and required that relief already granted to the sector be documented and publicised.
What to do about it: Several later reliefs for small business, including higher registration thresholds and the composition scheme for service providers, trace back to the process started at this meeting.
Circular No. 136/06/2020-GST dated 3 April 2020 · 2020-04-03
CBIC explained the relief notified through Notifications 30 to 36 of 2020-Central Tax after the first lockdown. It set out, return by return and class by class, the extended dates for GSTR-3B and GSTR-1, the conditional waiver of interest for the tax periods February to April 2020 with nil interest for the first fifteen days and nine per cent thereafter for larger taxpayers, the waiver of late fee, the relaxation of the rule 36(4) credit restriction, and the extension for composition taxpayers.
How we apply it: Interest and late fee demands for the early 2020 periods must be tested against these concessional rates before they are paid.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
