Our consultants provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Urapakkam starting at Rs.2,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Kuberan Nagar 3rd Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Urapakkam is a fast-growing apartment corridor on GST Road between Vandalur and Guduvancheri, where builders, ready-mix concrete and building-material suppliers, supermarkets and clinics serve thousands of new households around the railway station. Builders here must apply the 1 per cent affordable and 5 per cent other residential rates without input tax credit, and account for reverse charge when cement is purchased from unregistered suppliers. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Notice Reply is available to Urapakkam businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Vandalur and Guduvancheri on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Urapakkam would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Kuberan Nagar 3rd Cross Street is a residential street in Urapakkam, about 1.0 km south-east of the centre of Urapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Revathipuram Main Road (about 100 m); Gandhi Nagar Main Roda (about 100 m); Kuberan Nagar 2nd Street (about 150 m); Guruvaayurappan Avenue (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Kuberan Nagar 3rd Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Urapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Kuberan Nagar 3rd Cross Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Urapakkam pincode is 603210.

Rules 21 and 21A(2A), CGST Rules, 2017, as amended by Notification No. 94/2020-Central Tax · 2020-12-22
Rule 21A(2A) was inserted to allow the officer to suspend a registration immediately, without first giving an opportunity of being heard, where a comparison of the returns with the outward supply statement or with suppliers' data shows significant differences or anomalies indicating contravention. The taxpayer is intimated in Form GST REG-31 and must explain the discrepancies. Rule 21 was simultaneously expanded to add fresh grounds of cancellation, including availing credit in violation of Section 16 and breaching Rule 86B.
Why this matters: A Chennai GSTIN can be suspended overnight on a system-generated mismatch, so a REG-31 intimation must be answered within the time allowed rather than ignored.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — filing of waiver applications under Section 128A · 2025-01
GSTN enabled Forms SPL-01 and SPL-02 on the portal from the first week of January 2025 for the Section 128A waiver scheme, under which taxpayers with Section 73 demands for FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 could get interest and penalty waived by paying the tax in full by 31 March 2025. Advisories explained eligibility, the need to withdraw pending appeals first, and the application deadline of 30 June 2025, with a further June 2025 advisory addressing technical glitches faced while submitting applications.
Why this matters: If you settled 2017-20 demands under the amnesty, preserve the SPL filings and payment proofs; if you missed it, factor full interest into dispute strategy.
Vivek Narsaria v. State of Jharkhand — Jharkhand High Court, W.P.(T) No. 4491 of 2023, judgment dated 15 January 2024 · 2024-01-15
The state GST authority, the central preventive branch and the Directorate General of GST Intelligence all initiated action against the same taxpayer for the same period. The High Court held that subjecting a taxpayer to three simultaneous investigations amounts to harassment. The authority that first initiated proceedings should continue and conclude them, and the other authorities were directed to transfer their material to that authority instead of running independent inquiries.
What it means for you: Keep a dated record of which office acted first — it is the basis for asking later entrants to hand over the file rather than duplicate the demand.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
