The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Vanagaram permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Rajeev Nagar 1st Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Vanagaram, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Vanagaram sits where the Chennai Bypass meets the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway at the Maduravoyal Interchange, a warehousing and showroom belt with Apollo Hospitals, banquet halls and car dealerships along the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road and the 200 Feet Bypass Road, behind which the old village lanes around Kalikambal Street and Sannadhi Street still run. Logistics operators, third-party godowns, hotels, hardware and furniture showrooms bill from here. Multi-state stock transfers, e-way bill Part-B errors, credit on warehouse rent and place-of-supply on transport services are the frequent disputes. We provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Vanagaram and the adjoining Maduravoyal and Ayanambakkam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Vanagaram, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
Rajeev Nagar 1st Main Road is a residential street in Vanagaram, about 700 m south-west of the centre of Vanagaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Street 2 (about 150 m); Durai Swamy Naidu Street (about 200 m); Vallalar Street (about 250 m); Bengaluru - Chennai Highway (about 650 m) — so a site visit on Rajeev Nagar 1st Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Vanagaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Rajeev Nagar 1st Main Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Vanagaram pincode is 600095.

40th GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 12 June 2020 · 2020-06-12
As COVID relief, the Council reduced late fee for all pending GSTR-3B returns for the tax periods from July 2017 to January 2020. Where there was no tax liability the late fee was reduced to nil, and where there was a tax liability it was capped at Rs 500 per return. The reduced or waived late fee applied only if the returns were furnished between 1 July 2020 and 30 September 2020. Certain clauses of the Finance Act, 2020 were brought into force.
What to do about it: This was the single largest late fee amnesty of the early GST years, and businesses that used it cleared years of backlog for a few hundred rupees per return.
Notification No. 38/2020-Central Tax · 2020-05-05
The Central Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020 permitted a registered person with no outward supplies, no input tax credit and no tax liability to furnish a nil GSTR-3B through a short message service from the registered mobile number, verified by a one-time password. The same amendment allowed registered persons who are companies to verify returns using an electronic verification code instead of a digital signature certificate, a concession first given during the lockdown.
Why this matters: A dormant Chennai GSTIN can be kept compliant by SMS filing at no cost, which is far cheaper than allowing returns to lapse and inviting cancellation.
Circular No. 163/19/2021-GST, dated 6 October 2021 · 2021-10-06
Following the 45th GST Council meeting, CBIC settled several long-running classification quarrels. Exemption for fresh fruit and nuts covers only produce that has not been dried; once dried, they move to the taxable schedule. Tamarind seeds, copra as distinct from edible coconut, pure mehendi paste without additives, scented and flavoured sweet supari, brewers' spent grain and distillers' grains were each assigned a rate, and the position on renewable energy project valuation was restated.
What to do about it: Provision stores and dry-fruit traders in Chennai should re-check whether their stock is fresh or dried, because that single fact decides between nil and a taxable rate.
