Whether you are a first-time registrant or an established trader, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Vengaivasal deserves a specialist rather than a side job. From Rs.749, our GST-focused Chennai practice runs the entire process on written checklists and senior-reviewed submissions.
We serve businesses on and around Loganathan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Vengaivasal looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Vengaivasal, on the Santhosapuram - Vengaivasal - Mambakkam Road beside Madambakkam Road, is a former panchayat now filled with plotted layouts, building-material yards, borewell and earthmoving contractors, brick and ready-mix suppliers and neighbourhood retail around Sudarshan Nagar. Civil contractors billing local bodies here misapply the revised works-contract rates and overlook tax deduction under Section 51 on government and panchayat contracts. We serve this belt — including Sithalapakkam and Medavakkam — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Vengaivasal are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Vengaivasal regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vengaivasal would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Vengaivasal, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
Loganathan Street is a residential street in Vengaivasal, about 1.5 km north-east of the centre of Vengaivasal. Notification No. 14/2021-Central Tax (Rate), dated 18 November 2021 · 2021-11-18
To cure the inverted duty structure in which fabric makers paid more tax on yarn and dyes than they collected on cloth, the Government notified an increase from five per cent to twelve per cent across man-made fibre, yarn, fabrics, garments and made-ups, and removed the value-based split on footwear so that all footwear would attract twelve per cent. The change was to take effect from 1 January 2022 and triggered strong protests from the textile trade, including in Tiruppur, Erode and Coimbatore.
What to do about it: This notification is the origin of the textile rate fight, and its history matters when defending classification and rate positions for supplies made around that period.
Taghar Vasudeva Ambrish v. Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling, Karnataka, W.P. No. 14891 of 2020, Karnataka High Court, judgment dated 7 February 2022, affirmed in State of Karnataka v. Taghar Vasudeva Ambrish, Civil Appeal Nos. 7846-7847 of 2023, 2025 INSC 1380, judgment dated 4 December 2025 · 2022-02-07
Co-owners had let a residential building to a company that ran it as a hostel for students and working professionals. The advance ruling authorities denied exemption on the view that the lessee was using the property commercially. The High Court disagreed and held that leasing residential premises used as a hostel falls within Entry 13 of the IGST services exemption notification, since that entry does not require the lessee itself to occupy the premises as a residence. The Supreme Court dismissed the State's appeals on 4 December 2025 and confirmed that the end use as a residence, not the intermediate commercial layer, decides the question.
What to do about it: Chennai property owners letting buildings to hostel operators now have Supreme Court backing for periods before 18 July 2022, though later periods must also account for the registered-tenant reverse charge.
45th GST Council Meeting, Lucknow — 17 September 2021 · 2021-09-17
The Council decided that the rate changes needed to correct the inverted duty structure in the footwear and textiles sectors, discussed and deferred at an earlier meeting, would be implemented with effect from 1 January 2022. The correction involved moving fabrics, garments and footwear below the earlier value thresholds from 5 per cent up to 12 per cent so that output tax would exceed input tax and refund claims would cease. The Council also set up Groups of Ministers on rate rationalisation and on using technology to improve compliance.
How we apply it: Tamil Nadu's textile and footwear clusters faced a five to twelve per cent increase from January 2022, a decision the Council reversed for textiles on 31 December 2021, the eve of implementation.
