From Rs.4,999, our team delivers GST Refund RFD-01 for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Vyasarpadi. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
We serve businesses on and around Mahalakshmi Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vyasarpadi runs along Erukkancheri High Road and Stephenson Road around Vyasarpadi Jeeva railway station, with MKB Nagar, Sharma Nagar and Kannadasan Nagar backing on to scrap yards, timber and plywood godowns, lorry body builders, fabrication job-workers and provision retail. Purchases from unregistered scrap vendors attract reverse charge, and job-work challans and e-way bills are where notices usually begin. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Vyasarpadi every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Refund RFD-01 for businesses in Vyasarpadi, and clients also reach us from Perambur and Erukkanchery nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Vyasarpadi are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Vyasarpadi through each of these so month one starts correctly.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Vyasarpadi are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Vyasarpadi regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Mahalakshmi Street is a residential street in Vyasarpadi, about 850 m south-west of the centre of Vyasarpadi. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sambandam Street (about 150 m); Bharathi Road (about 150 m); Teacher Street (about 200 m); Paddy Field Road (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Mahalakshmi Street can usually be combined with other work in Vyasarpadi on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Mahalakshmi Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Vyasarpadi pincode is 600039.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedule II, Chapter 84 and 85 entries · 2025-09-17
Air conditioning machines, refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerating equipment, household and other dishwashing machines, vacuum cleaners, television sets including LCD and LED sets, computer monitors, set top boxes and projectors all sit in Schedule II at nine per cent central tax, giving eighteen per cent combined, from 22 September 2025. These goods had carried twenty-eight per cent since 2017, so the reduction of ten percentage points was the largest single consumer benefit of GST 2.0.
What to do about it: Electronics retailers had to reprice stock and re-issue price lists from 22 September 2025, and should retain evidence that the reduction was passed on to buyers.
M/s. Lodha Roadways v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 12595 of 2023, decided 24 April 2023 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2023-04-24
A transporter sought release of detained goods. The Court dismissed the petition, holding that under Section 129 the entitlement to seek release of goods lies only with the owner, his agent or representative. The transporter's remedy is confined to release of the conveyance on payment of the penalty or one lakh rupees, whichever is less. Any claim about payment of tax on the consignment has to be pursued by the assessee who owns the goods, not by the carrier.
Why this matters: When a Chennai consignment is detained, the consignor or consignee must file the release application in its own name; letting the lorry operator do it will cost time.
46th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 31 December 2021 · 2021-12-31
The 46th meeting was convened on the last day of 2021 with essentially one outcome. The Council recommended deferring the decision to change the rates in textiles that had been recommended at the 45th meeting, so that the existing rates in the textile sector would continue beyond 1 January 2022. The reversal came after sustained representations from textile states and the trade that the increase from 5 to 12 per cent would raise costs for consumers and unorganised weavers. The footwear rate increase, however, went ahead as planned.
Why this matters: Textile traders in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu continued at five per cent from January 2022, but footwear moved to twelve per cent, so the two sectors diverged from that date.
