The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Anna Nagar West permanently ahead of both, delivering New GST Registration from Rs.1,499 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.

Choosing New GST Registration in Anna Nagar West is ultimately an act of trust: you are handing over sales figures, purchase records and portal access. Anna Nagar West spreads across the AB, AC, W, X and Y blocks between 100 Feet Road, the Thirumangalam - Mogappair Road and the numbered Main Roads. Second Avenue, Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue carry jewellers, dental and diagnostic chains, coaching institutes and restaurants, with VR Chennai anchoring organised retail and the Anna Nagar West Depot feeding the daily footfall. Promoters redeveloping block plots wrestle with the eighty per cent procurement condition, while restaurants juggle five per cent supply against aggregator commissions. We earn that trust the unglamorous way — fixed fees honoured, drafts approved by you before filing, acknowledgements shared the same day, and strict confidentiality throughout. Clients across Anna Nagar West, Anna Nagar and Thirumangalam have stayed with us for years on precisely this basis.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Anna Nagar West never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Anna Nagar West, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
3rd Cross Street is a residential street in Anna Nagar West, about 400 m south-west of the centre of Anna Nagar West. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — AE Block 2nd Street (about 50 m); Nehru Nagar (about 200 m); 13th Main Road (about 250 m); 12th Main Road (about 300 m) — so a site visit on 3rd Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Anna Nagar West on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 3rd Cross Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Anna Nagar West pincode is 600040.

We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Entry 74, Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Entry 74 exempts health care services provided by a clinical establishment, an authorised medical practitioner or paramedics, and the transportation of a patient in an ambulance. Health care services are defined as diagnosis, treatment or care for illness, injury, deformity, abnormality or pregnancy in any recognised system of medicine, and expressly exclude cosmetic or plastic surgery unless done to restore or reconstruct anatomy affected by injury or congenital defect. Hair transplant and purely cosmetic procedures are therefore taxable.
Practical effect: A Chennai hospital or clinic is exempt on treatment, but must charge GST on cosmetic procedures, pharmacy sales to outsiders and rental of space to shops.
Greenwood Owners Association v. Union of India — Madras High Court, 2021 · 2021-07-01
Resident welfare associations challenged the CBIC circular and AAR view that once monthly maintenance exceeds Rs 7,500 per member, GST applies on the entire amount. The Madras High Court held that the exemption operates up to Rs 7,500, and only the amount in excess of that threshold is taxable — the term 'up to' marks a clear slab. The circular's contrary interpretation was quashed as contrary to the exemption notification.
How we apply it: Chennai apartment associations collecting over Rs 7,500 per month per flat should charge GST only on the excess over Rs 7,500, relying on this jurisdictional ruling.
Circular No. 179/11/2022-GST · 2022-08-03
The Board settled several goods classification disputes following the 47th GST Council meeting. It confirmed that electrically operated vehicles attract the five per cent rate whether or not they are fitted with a battery pack at the time of supply, and that treated sewage water is exempt because the exclusion for purified water does not extend to it. Rates on fly ash bricks and blocks and on certain by-products of milling of pulses were also clarified.
How we apply it: Chennai dealers in electric vehicles and construction materials should check their invoicing against this circular, since past classification errors are a common audit finding.
