Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Anna Nagar West have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Jawaharlal Nehru Road (100 Feet Road) — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Anna Nagar West is no exception. Anna Nagar West spreads across the AB, AC, W, X and Y blocks between 100 Feet Road, the Thirumangalam - Mogappair Road and the numbered Main Roads. Second Avenue, Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue carry jewellers, dental and diagnostic chains, coaching institutes and restaurants, with VR Chennai anchoring organised retail and the Anna Nagar West Depot feeding the daily footfall. Promoters redeveloping block plots wrestle with the eighty per cent procurement condition, while restaurants juggle five per cent supply against aggregator commissions. Our practice has shaped its GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Anna Nagar West as well as Anna Nagar and Thirumangalam. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Anna Nagar West always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Anna Nagar West are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Jawaharlal Nehru Road (100 Feet Road) is a primary arterial road in Anna Nagar West, about 600 m south-west of the centre of Anna Nagar West. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Nehru Nagar (about 100 m); Dr. Ambedkar Street (about 100 m); Thiru Vi Ka Street (about 100 m); Gandhi Main Road (about 100 m) — so a site visit on Jawaharlal Nehru Road (100 Feet Road) can usually be combined with other work in Anna Nagar West on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Jawaharlal Nehru Road (100 Feet Road) falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Anna Nagar West pincode is 600040.

46th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 31 December 2021 · 2021-12-31
The 46th meeting was convened on the last day of 2021 with essentially one outcome. The Council recommended deferring the decision to change the rates in textiles that had been recommended at the 45th meeting, so that the existing rates in the textile sector would continue beyond 1 January 2022. The reversal came after sustained representations from textile states and the trade that the increase from 5 to 12 per cent would raise costs for consumers and unorganised weavers. The footwear rate increase, however, went ahead as planned.
What to do about it: Textile traders in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu continued at five per cent from January 2022, but footwear moved to twelve per cent, so the two sectors diverged from that date.
Circular No. 247/04/2025-GST · 2025-02-14
Following the 55th GST Council meeting, CBIC clarified disputed classifications: ready-to-eat salted popcorn is taxable at 5 per cent (12 per cent if pre-packaged and labelled) while caramelised popcorn falls at 18 per cent as sugar confectionery; autoclaved aerated concrete blocks with over 50 per cent fly ash content attract 12 per cent; and dried pepper supplied by an agriculturist remains exempt. Past periods were regularised on an as-is-where-is basis to prevent retrospective demands.
Why this matters: Food processors and building-material traders should re-check product classifications against this circular, since regularisation protects past periods but the clarified rates bind future supplies.
GSTN Advisory, 2021 — negative liability appearing in Form GSTR-4 filed by composition taxpayers · 2021
Composition taxpayers who left Table 6 of the annual return GSTR-4 blank found that the tax already paid through Form CMP-08 was treated as an excess payment, creating a negative liability that was then adjusted against later quarters. GSTN clarified that outward supply and reverse charge figures must be entered in Table 6 even though the tax has already been paid, and arranged for wrongly created negative balances to be reversed.
What it means for you: Composition dealers in Chennai must complete Table 6 of GSTR-4 each year, or the portal will show a false credit and later recover it.
