GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Ashok Pillar (Kasi Estate) does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.749, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Ashok Pillar Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Ashok Pillar marks the crossing of Inner Ring Road, 100 Feet Road and Anna Main Road, ringed by two wheeler and car showrooms, service centres, spare parts dealers, restaurants and travel operators. Kasi Estate behind Kasi Theatre houses studios, small printers, garment units and clinics, with Udhayam Theatre anchoring the retail strip and the LIC Colony and Ragavan Colony lanes carrying clinics and consultants. Vehicle dealers reconciling incentive credit notes and studios billing interstate clients keep GSTR-2B and place-of-supply work constant. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is available to Ashok Pillar (Kasi Estate) businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Ashok Nagar and KK Nagar on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Ashok Pillar (Kasi Estate), so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Ashok Pillar (Kasi Estate) never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |

Coronation Arts Crafts - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 19/ARA/2022, dated 31 May 2022 · 2022-05-31
A printing house printed leaflets and similar material using content supplied by the customer but paper, ink and other physical inputs of its own. It asked for the correct classification and rate. The Authority held that this is a composite supply in which the printing service is the principal supply, and the supply is therefore taxable at 18 percent. The customer supplying only the content or artwork did not alter the classification.
What it means for you: A Chennai printer supplying its own paper should charge 18 percent on job printed leaflets instead of assuming a lower book rate.
GSTN Advisory dated 25 April 2025 — Phase-III of HSN reporting in Table 12 of GSTR-1/1A · 2025-04-25
GSTN implemented Phase-III of mandatory HSN reporting in Table 12 of GSTR-1 and GSTR-1A from the May 2025 return period, after the change was deferred from earlier periods. Manual keying of HSN codes is replaced by selection from a dropdown, Table 12 is split into separate B2B and B2C tabs, and new value validations compare the taxable values reported across tables. Table 13, the summary of documents issued, also became mandatory. Taxpayers up to Rs 5 crore turnover report 4-digit codes; larger taxpayers report 6-digit codes.
How we apply it: Update your billing software's HSN masters so every item carries a valid 4 or 6 digit code that matches the portal dropdown.
3rd GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18-19 October 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2) · 2016-10-18
The Chairperson offered a compromise between a fixed 13 per cent growth rate, an average of three of the preceding five years' growth after removing the highest and lowest, and a 14 per cent rate pressed by Kerala and Assam. The Council unanimously agreed that projected State revenue for compensation purposes would grow at a flat 14 per cent per year from the 2015-16 base, with CST in that base counted at the actual 2 per cent. This single number determined the size of the compensation bill for the five-year guarantee period and, when actual GST collections fell short of it, drove the compensation cess extensions and the back-to-back borrowing arrangements of later years.
Practical effect: The 14 per cent guarantee is the reason compensation cess outlived its original five-year sunset, so cess-bearing goods remain costlier than the headline GST rate suggests.
