GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Ayanavaram does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.749, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Ayanavaram looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Ayanavaram sits beside the Integral Coach Factory's Carriage Works, and machining shops, hardware stores, printing units and provision retailers line Konnur High Road and Ayanavaram Road up to the ESI Hospital junction. Workshops supplying the Carriage Works have 2 per cent GST TDS deducted on contracts, so accepting GSTR-7 credits and keeping tender billing clean is the locality's recurring compliance chore. We serve this belt — including Perambur and Villivakkam — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Ayanavaram never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Ayanavaram are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Cross Street is a residential street in Ayanavaram, about 600 m south-east of the centre of Ayanavaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Arignar Anna Street (about 150 m); Somasundaram 4th street (about 150 m); Somasundaram 3rd street (about 250 m); Somasundaram 5th street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Ayanavaram on the same trip. Circular No. 130/49/2019-GST dated 31.12.2019 · 2019-12-31
CBIC explained the scope of the reverse charge entry on renting of motor vehicles. It clarified that the entry applies where the supplier is any person other than a body corporate who pays tax at 5 per cent, supplies the service to a body corporate, and does not issue an invoice charging tax at 12 per cent with full input tax credit. Where the supplier is itself a body corporate, or charges 12 per cent, the recipient has no reverse charge liability.
What it means for you: Chennai companies should obtain a written confirmation of the rate and constitution of their cab operator, since that single fact decides who pays the tax.
28th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 21 July 2018 (PIB Release ID 1539570) · 2018-07-21
Finalising the formats behind the principles approved in May, the Council approved optional quarterly return filing with monthly payment of tax for small taxpayers with turnover below Rs 5 crore, noting that 93 per cent of taxpayers fall below that figure. Two simplified formats were designed: Sahaj for small traders making only B2C supplies and Sugam for those making both B2B and B2C supplies. Both required less information than the regular return.
What to do about it: Sahaj and Sugam were never implemented as designed, but the Rs 5 crore turnover line and the quarterly-return-with-monthly-payment model survive in today's QRMP scheme.
Star Engineers (India) (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Bombay High Court, Writ Petition No. 15368 of 2023, judgment dated 14 December 2023 · 2023-12-14
The company made bona fide clerical errors in its GSTR-1 which prevented its customer from taking credit, and the portal would not permit correction after the statutory deadline had passed. The High Court held that GST is a technology-driven regime intended to be taxpayer-friendly, that a genuine error causing no loss of revenue ought to be permitted to be corrected, and directed the authorities to allow rectification of the returns for the relevant period.
How we apply it: Where a GSTR-1 error is blocking your customer's credit, a rectification request supported by this judgment is worth making even after the statutory deadline.
