Reliable GST TDS Return GSTR-7 for Ayanavaram businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Ayanavaram looking for GST TDS Return GSTR-7 want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Ayanavaram sits beside the Integral Coach Factory's Carriage Works, and machining shops, hardware stores, printing units and provision retailers line Konnur High Road and Ayanavaram Road up to the ESI Hospital junction. Workshops supplying the Carriage Works have 2 per cent GST TDS deducted on contracts, so accepting GSTR-7 credits and keeping tender billing clean is the locality's recurring compliance chore. We serve this belt — including Perambur and Villivakkam — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Ayanavaram are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Ayanavaram would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Ayanavaram through each of these so month one starts correctly.
We examine the month's supplier payments against contracts to identify which payments cross the Rs.2.5 lakh contract threshold and attract deduction under Section 51.
TDS is computed at 2% on the taxable value, split correctly between CGST and SGST or charged as IGST depending on the place of supply.
Deductee-wise details with GSTINs, invoice values and tax deducted are compiled into GSTR-7, validated against portal checks, and shared for your approval.
The deducted tax is deposited and GSTR-7 is filed before the 10th of the month, and the filed acknowledgement is archived for your records.
TDS certificates in GSTR-7A are generated for deductees, and we handle any supplier follow-up about credit reflecting in their electronic cash ledger.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |

Circular No. 178/10/2022-GST · 2022-08-03
This is the leading circular on the agreeing to tolerate an act entry. The Board held that liquidated damages paid for breach of contract are a flow of money compensating for injury, not consideration for any service, so no GST applies. The same reasoning covers notice pay recovered from employees, cheque dishonour charges, fines and penalties for violation of a contract or a law, and forfeiture of salary or bond amounts, unless there is a genuine independent agreement to tolerate an act. A late payment surcharge or fee is treated differently, as it is naturally bundled with the principal supply and forms part of its value.
Practical effect: Chennai employers and contractors should resist departmental demands on notice pay recovery and liquidated damages by citing this circular in the reply itself.
32nd GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 10 January 2019 · 2019-01-10
The Council created two threshold limits for exemption from registration and payment of GST for suppliers of goods, Rs 40 lakh and Rs 20 lakh, and gave states a week to choose which limit would apply in their territory. The threshold for service providers was left unchanged at Rs 20 lakh, and at Rs 10 lakh for special category states. The change was made operational from 1 April 2019 and remains the basic registration test for traders and manufacturers today.
Why this matters: A Chennai trader dealing only in goods crosses the registration line at Rs 40 lakh of aggregate turnover, but a service provider must register at Rs 20 lakh.
Notification No. 20/2021-Central Tax, Notification No. 21/2021-Central Tax and Notification No. 22/2021-Central Tax · 2021-06-01
Three companion notifications rebuilt the late fee structure on a turnover basis from June 2021. For GSTR-1 the fee was capped at Rs 500 for nil statements, Rs 2,000 where turnover is up to Rs 1.5 crore and Rs 5,000 where turnover is between Rs 1.5 crore and Rs 5 crore, with the normal Rs 10,000 ceiling continuing above Rs 5 crore. For the composition annual return in GSTR-4, from the financial year 2021-22 onwards, the fee was capped at Rs 2,000 in total, being Rs 1,000 each under the central and State laws, and at Rs 500 in total where the return is nil. For the tax deduction return in GSTR-7 the fee was reduced to Rs 50 per day subject to a ceiling of Rs 2,000.
How we apply it: Small Chennai taxpayers can no longer face runaway late fee running into lakhs, because every return type now carries an absolute ceiling.
