Our consultants provide New GST Registration to businesses across Basin Bridge starting at Rs.1,499. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Parthasarathy Bridge — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Basin Bridge looking for New GST Registration want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Basin Bridge sits where the Grand Northern Trunk Road, Cochrane Basin Road and the Basin Bridge Junction rail yard meet, a godown-and-transport belt feeding Sowcarpet and the Mint wholesale market with packing material, paper, hardware and chemicals. Lorry booking offices line Elephant Gate Bridge Road and North Wall Road, and the Stanley Nagar, Narasimha Nagar and Ramdass Nagar tenement blocks house the labour. Goods transport agencies here contend with reverse charge on freight, e-way bill expiry and place-of-supply disputes on interstate consignments. We serve this belt — including Pulianthope and Korukkupet — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Basin Bridge through each of these so month one starts correctly.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Basin Bridge business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Parthasarathy Bridge is a secondary arterial road in Basin Bridge, about 1.0 km east of the centre of Basin Bridge. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 1st Cross Street (about 100 m); 2nd Cross Lane (about 300 m); Vijayaraghavelu Road (about 300 m); Mint Junction (about 350 m) — so a site visit on Parthasarathy Bridge can usually be combined with other work in Basin Bridge on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Parthasarathy Bridge falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Basin Bridge pincode is 600012.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
12th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 March 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Items 2, 3 and 4) · 2017-03-16
The Council approved the draft SGST law and the draft UTGST law, completing the legislative package begun at the previous meeting, and also approved amendments to the GST (Compensation to States) Bill including the ceiling rates at which compensation cess could be imposed. Placing the cess ceilings in the statute meant that later cess increases, such as the one on cigarettes a few months afterwards, could be made by notification without returning to Parliament.
What it means for you: Tamil Nadu's own SGST Act follows the template approved here, which is why the State and Central provisions a Chennai business faces are near-identical.
CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST · 2025-04-17
Responding to widespread complaints about arbitrary queries, CBIC directed registration officers to seek only the documents listed in Form GST REG-01. For rented premises a valid rent agreement with the owner's ownership proof suffices; for owned premises any one ownership document is enough; no-objection certificates suffice for consent premises. Officers must not demand physical originals, question the applicant's residential address or business activity, or raise presumptive queries, and any query must be specific and approved by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner.
Practical effect: If a registration query asks for documents outside the prescribed list, cite this instruction in your REG-04 reply and escalate to the jurisdictional Commissioner if it persists.
Circular No. 163/19/2021-GST, dated 6 October 2021 · 2021-10-06
Following the 45th GST Council meeting, CBIC settled several long-running classification quarrels. Exemption for fresh fruit and nuts covers only produce that has not been dried; once dried, they move to the taxable schedule. Tamarind seeds, copra as distinct from edible coconut, pure mehendi paste without additives, scented and flavoured sweet supari, brewers' spent grain and distillers' grains were each assigned a rate, and the position on renewable energy project valuation was restated.
Why this matters: Provision stores and dry-fruit traders in Chennai should re-check whether their stock is fresh or dried, because that single fact decides between nil and a taxable rate.
