The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Chitlapakkam permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Gugan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Chitlapakkam is a dense middle-class suburb wrapped around Chitlapakkam Lake between Chromepet and Selaiyur, its Main Road lined with provision stores, bakeries, pharmacies, tuition centres and small boutiques. Most traders here operate close to the Rs.40 lakh goods registration threshold, so registration timing, quarterly filing under the QRMP scheme and CMP-08 payment discipline for composition dealers dominate GST consultations in this locality. When businesses of this kind evaluate GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Chitlapakkam, Chromepet and Selaiyur on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Chitlapakkam never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Chitlapakkam. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Chitlapakkam through each of these so month one starts correctly.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
Gugan Street is a residential street in Chitlapakkam, about 650 m south-west of the centre of Chitlapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Bhavani Street (about 50 m); Subhash Chandra Bose Street (about 100 m); Aravindar Street (about 100 m); Kalaimagal Street (about 150 m) — so a site visit on Gugan Street can usually be combined with other work in Chitlapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Gugan Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Chitlapakkam pincode is 600064.

Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd v. Commissioner of Central Tax — Telangana High Court, judgment dated 18 April 2019 · 2019-04-18
The taxpayer filed GSTR-3B late and paid interest only on the net cash portion of the tax. The High Court held that on the language of Section 50 as it then stood, interest ran on the gross liability, because input tax credit is credited to the ledger only when the return is filed. The decision caused wide concern in trade, and Parliament later amended Section 50 with retrospective effect from 1 July 2017 to charge interest only on the cash component in most late-return cases.
Why this matters: For late returns, interest is now generally computed on the cash portion only — if an older notice demands interest on gross tax, rely on the retrospective proviso to Section 50.
17th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 June 2017 (PIB Release ID 1493128) · 2017-06-18
Responding to trade concerns about return readiness, the Council decided that for the first two months of GST, tax would be payable on a simple summary return, Form GSTR-3B, filed by the 20th of the following month. Invoice-wise details in GSTR-1 for July 2017 were to be filed between 1 and 5 September and for August between 16 and 20 September, with GSTR-2 auto-populated thereafter. This is the origin of the summary return that has governed monthly GST compliance ever since.
Why this matters: GSTR-3B was designed as a two-month stopgap and is still the return every Chennai business files monthly, which is why its legal status has been litigated repeatedly.
Entry 74, Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Entry 74 exempts health care services provided by a clinical establishment, an authorised medical practitioner or paramedics, and the transportation of a patient in an ambulance. Health care services are defined as diagnosis, treatment or care for illness, injury, deformity, abnormality or pregnancy in any recognised system of medicine, and expressly exclude cosmetic or plastic surgery unless done to restore or reconstruct anatomy affected by injury or congenital defect. Hair transplant and purely cosmetic procedures are therefore taxable.
What it means for you: A Chennai hospital or clinic is exempt on treatment, but must charge GST on cosmetic procedures, pharmacy sales to outsiders and rental of space to shops.
