Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Chromepet businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Periyar Nagar — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Chromepet grew around the old Chrome Leather Company and now centres on the MIT campus, hospitals, private hostels and dense retail along GST Road and Radha Nagar. Hostels and coaching centres frequently misjudge GST applicability on accommodation and fees, and GST Road retailers see recurring GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B turnover mismatches that invite ASMT-10 notices requiring an ASMT-11 reply within 30 days. That is why our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing engagements in Chromepet follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Pallavaram and Tambaram run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Chromepet business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Chromepet through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Chromepet often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
GSTN Advisories No. 624 dated 27 September 2025 and No. 631 dated 17 October 2025 — IMS enhancements from the October 2025 tax period · 2025-10
GSTN enhanced the Invoice Management System from the October 2025 tax period. Recipients can now keep credit notes and specified records pending for one tax period instead of being forced to accept or reject them immediately, can declare the actual amount of input tax credit to be reduced when accepting a credit note where the credit was never availed or was already reversed, and can save remarks when rejecting or keeping a document pending. GSTR-2B can be recomputed after corrective action is taken.
What to do about it: Train your accounts team on the new pending and partial-reversal options so supplier credit notes do not strip more ITC than legally required.
Notification No. 07/2020-Central Tax · 2020-02-03
CBIC replaced the single 20th-of-the-month GSTR-3B deadline with a staggered system. Taxpayers with aggregate turnover of Rs 5 crore or more in the previous financial year continued to file by the 20th. Smaller taxpayers were split by State: those in Tamil Nadu and the other southern and western States were given the 22nd, while the northern and eastern States were given the 24th. The arrangement was first notified for the January to March 2020 returns.
How we apply it: A Chennai business below Rs 5 crore turnover files GSTR-3B by the 22nd, not the 20th, and late-fee notices computed from the 20th should be contested.
LC Infra Projects (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Karnataka High Court, judgment dated 22 July 2019 · 2019-07-22
The department demanded interest for delayed payment of tax and attached the taxpayer's bank account without first issuing any show cause notice. The High Court held that issuance of a show cause notice is a mandatory pre-condition before recovery of interest, because the taxpayer must have an opportunity to dispute the period and the computation. The recovery action and the bank attachment were quashed, with liberty to the department to proceed afresh after proper notice.
Why this matters: Interest cannot be lifted from your bank account without warning — insist on a show cause notice and a chance to verify the calculation.
