Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Health Check for Manapakkam businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Choosing GST Health Check in Manapakkam is ultimately an act of trust: you are handing over sales figures, purchase records and portal access. Manapakkam lines Mount Poonamallee Road around the L&T Construction campus and MIOT International Hospital, with the Krishna Nagar streets off Periyar Salai, Gowri Nagar and the Ashram Road pocket running down to the Adyar river at River View Road. EPC subcontractors, medical device and consumable dealers, diagnostic labs, hostels, security agencies and canteen contractors bill from here, so works-contract classification, reverse charge on manpower and security supply, and Section 51 TDS deductions on government and PSU jobs recur constantly. We earn that trust the unglamorous way — fixed fees honoured, drafts approved by you before filing, acknowledgements shared the same day, and strict confidentiality throughout. Clients across Manapakkam, Ramapuram and Mugalivakkam have stayed with us for years on precisely this basis.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Manapakkam would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Manapakkam business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Manapakkam, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
We agree the review period, collect returns, registers and financial data, and take read access to your portal account for ledger and notice checks.
All returns are tested against each other and against book turnover, surfacing the same mismatches that departmental analytics would flag in scrutiny.
Credit claimed is verified against GSTR-2B and screened for blocked categories, while expense ledgers are examined for reverse charge liabilities not discharged.
Each gap is documented with the periods affected and the tax, interest and penalty exposure quantified, then risk-ranked from critical to advisory.
You receive the written report in a review meeting, with a practical correction plan covering future-return amendments, DRC-03 payments and supplier actions.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
Positions we rely on when preparing filings and drafting replies — with the exact citation, so you can verify each one.
Entry 12, Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
As originally notified, Entry 12 exempted renting of a residential dwelling for use as residence, without any condition about who the tenant was. From 1 July 2017 to 17 July 2022 a house or flat let out for residential use carried no GST, whether the tenant was an individual, a firm or a company. The entry was narrowed with effect from 18 July 2022 so that the exemption no longer applies where the tenant is a registered person.
Practical effect: For rent periods up to 17 July 2022 a Chennai landlord had no GST liability on residential letting, which is a useful defence if an old notice questions those years.
Bengal Peerless Housing Development Co Ltd — AAR West Bengal, Order No. 01/WBAAR/2019-20, dated 2 May 2019 · 2019-05-02
A housing developer collected preferential location charges from buyers who chose a particular floor or a better-facing flat, in addition to the basic construction consideration. The West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling held that the location charge is not an independent service but is naturally bundled with construction of the flat, making it a composite supply whose principal supply is construction. The whole consideration therefore attracts the construction rate, with the standard one-third deduction towards the value of land.
What it means for you: Builders should apply the construction rate uniformly to floor rise, preferential location and similar charges instead of taxing them at a separate rate.
Circular No. 243/37/2024-GST · 2024-12-31
CBIC clarified that transactions in vouchers are neither a supply of goods nor of services. Where a voucher is dealt with on a principal-to-principal basis, no GST arises on its sale or distribution. Where a distributor acts as an agent for a commission, GST applies on that commission. Additional services such as marketing, customisation and technology support are taxable at eighteen per cent, and unredeemed vouchers, or breakage, do not attract GST as no supply takes place.
What to do about it: Retailers and platforms issuing gift vouchers should charge GST only on the underlying goods at redemption and on any commission earned, not on the voucher sale itself.
