Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Notice Reply for Injambakkam businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Pothigai Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Injambakkam runs along East Coast Road past VGP Golden Beach, with resorts, banquet lawns, beach houses, restaurants and event caterers trading alongside the Chinna Kuppam fishing settlement and Bethel Nagar's small shops. Amusement and accommodation operators here wrestle with rate slabs on entry tickets and room tariffs, TCS credit on aggregator bookings, and reverse charge on rented event premises. When businesses of this kind evaluate GST Notice Reply, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Injambakkam, Vettuvankeni and Neelankarai on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Injambakkam compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Injambakkam are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Pothigai Street is a residential street in Injambakkam, about 1.0 km south-west of the centre of Injambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Pillayar Kovil Street (about 100 m); Gowri Amman Kovil Street (about 150 m); Gowriamman Kovil street (about 150 m); Periyar street (about 150 m) — so a site visit on Pothigai Street can usually be combined with other work in Injambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Pothigai Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Injambakkam pincode is 600115.

46th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 31 December 2021 · 2021-12-31
The 46th meeting was convened on the last day of 2021 with essentially one outcome. The Council recommended deferring the decision to change the rates in textiles that had been recommended at the 45th meeting, so that the existing rates in the textile sector would continue beyond 1 January 2022. The reversal came after sustained representations from textile states and the trade that the increase from 5 to 12 per cent would raise costs for consumers and unorganised weavers. The footwear rate increase, however, went ahead as planned.
What to do about it: Textile traders in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu continued at five per cent from January 2022, but footwear moved to twelve per cent, so the two sectors diverged from that date.
Shyam Sel and Power Ltd v. State of U.P. — Allahabad High Court, Writ Tax No. 603 of 2023, judgment dated 5 October 2023 · 2023-10-05
Goods moved under a valid e-way bill which the purchaser cancelled without informing the seller. The goods were seized and penalty imposed under Section 129(3). Relying on the Supreme Court's decision in Satyam Shivam Papers, the High Court quashed the penalty and the appellate order, holding that intent to evade tax is mandatory for invoking Sections 129 and 130. Where the breach is minor and unintentional, the department should have proceeded, if at all, under Section 122.
How we apply it: A cancellation or defect caused by your customer, of which you had no notice, is a strong defence against a Section 129 penalty.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate) · 2025-09-17
Implementing the 56th GST Council's rate restructuring, this notification superseded Notification 1/2017-Central Tax (Rate) and prescribed the new goods rate schedule effective 22 September 2025. The 12 and 28 per cent slabs were largely abolished: most daily-use and 12 per cent goods moved to 5 per cent, most 28 per cent goods including consumer durables moved to 18 per cent, and a 40 per cent rate was reserved for a narrow list of sin and luxury goods, with compensation cess subsumed.
How we apply it: Reprice products, update billing software rate masters and review transition stock credits from 22 September 2025, since almost every trader's rate schedule changed under GST 2.0.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
