Trusted GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing support for Injambakkam, priced from Rs.749 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around 1st Avenue — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Choosing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Injambakkam is ultimately an act of trust: you are handing over sales figures, purchase records and portal access. Injambakkam runs along East Coast Road past VGP Golden Beach, with resorts, banquet lawns, beach houses, restaurants and event caterers trading alongside the Chinna Kuppam fishing settlement and Bethel Nagar's small shops. Amusement and accommodation operators here wrestle with rate slabs on entry tickets and room tariffs, TCS credit on aggregator bookings, and reverse charge on rented event premises. We earn that trust the unglamorous way — fixed fees honoured, drafts approved by you before filing, acknowledgements shared the same day, and strict confidentiality throughout. Clients across Injambakkam, Vettuvankeni and Neelankarai have stayed with us for years on precisely this basis.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Injambakkam, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Injambakkam compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
1st Avenue is a residential street in Injambakkam, about 1.2 km north-west of the centre of Injambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 10th Main Road (about 350 m); CLV nagar (about 400 m); East Coast Road (about 400 m); Pandian salai (about 550 m) — so a site visit on 1st Avenue can usually be combined with other work in Injambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 1st Avenue falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Injambakkam pincode is 600115.

Circular No. 149/05/2021-GST dated 17.06.2021 · 2021-06-17
CBIC clarified that serving food in schools under the mid-day meal programme is exempt from GST, and that the exemption extends to pre-schools and anganwadis, which are covered within the meaning of an educational institution providing pre-school education. It further clarified that the exemption applies whether the meals are funded by government grants or by corporate donations, since the entry does not distinguish by source of funding. The clarification protected non-profit caterers running school feeding programmes from demands.
What to do about it: Chennai caterers running school or anganwadi meal contracts are exempt, but should keep the scheme documentation on file to answer any scrutiny.
Notification No. 40/2021-Central Tax · 2021-12-29
The Central Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2021 substituted Rule 36(4) with effect from 1 January 2022, aligning the rule with the newly enforced clause (aa) of Section 16(2). Credit may now be availed only in respect of invoices or debit notes which the supplier has furnished in its outward supply statement or through the invoice furnishing facility and which have been communicated to the recipient in Form GSTR-2B. The earlier percentage cushion of twenty, ten and then five per cent disappeared completely, so GSTR-2B became the outer limit of admissible credit.
What it means for you: From January 2022 a Chennai business can claim only what its GSTR-2B shows, so supplier follow-up before the return deadline is now the single most important ITC control.
Coronation Arts Crafts - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 19/ARA/2022, dated 31 May 2022 · 2022-05-31
A printing house printed leaflets and similar material using content supplied by the customer but paper, ink and other physical inputs of its own. It asked for the correct classification and rate. The Authority held that this is a composite supply in which the printing service is the principal supply, and the supply is therefore taxable at 18 percent. The customer supplying only the content or artwork did not alter the classification.
What it means for you: A Chennai printer supplying its own paper should charge 18 percent on job printed leaflets instead of assuming a lower book rate.
