Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Refund RFD-01 for Kattupakkam businesses from Rs.4,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Third Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Kattupakkam fronts Mount Poonamallee Road between Kumananchavadi and Karayanchavadi, with Audco Nagar and Astalakshmi Nagar behind Queen Victoria Road and the Poonamallee-Kundrathur-Pallavaram Road feeding godowns, timber depots and auto workshops. Hardware dealers, packers and movers, transport fleets, schools and hospital suppliers file from here. E-way bill mismatches on the old NH4 corridor, goods transport agency reverse charge and composition-to-regular transitions for traders crossing the turnover limit recur constantly. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Refund RFD-01 is available to Kattupakkam businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Iyyappanthangal and Poonamallee on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Kattupakkam business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Third Main Road is a residential street in Kattupakkam, about 650 m north-west of the centre of Kattupakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Audco Nagar 3rd Cross Street (about 100 m); Audco Nagar 1st Main Road (about 150 m); 3rd Street (about 400 m); 4th Street (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Third Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Kattupakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Third Main Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Kattupakkam pincode is 600056.

Toshniwal Brothers (SR) Pvt Ltd — AAR Karnataka, Advance Ruling No. KAR ADRG 23/2018, dated 19 September 2018 · 2018-09-19
The applicant promoted the products of overseas manufacturers in India and also carried out installation, commissioning and after-sales support for Indian customers, billing the foreign principal in convertible foreign exchange. The Karnataka Authority for Advance Ruling held that this activity facilitates the supply between the foreign principal and the Indian customer, making the applicant an intermediary. The place of supply is therefore in India and the receipts do not qualify as export of service.
Why this matters: Chennai firms invoicing foreign principals for marketing or support work should test the intermediary risk before treating the receipts as zero-rated exports.
CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
How we apply it: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.
Rules 96(10), 89(4A) and 89(4B), CGST Rules, 2017, omitted by Notification No. 20/2024-Central Tax · 2024-10-08
Rule 96(10) had barred exporters who imported inputs without paying IGST, typically under Advance Authorisation or EPCG, from exporting on payment of IGST and claiming refund of that tax. Rules 89(4A) and 89(4B) prescribed a restrictive formula for their credit refunds. All three were omitted with prospective effect from 8 October 2024, removing a provision that had generated a large volume of recovery notices against exporters.
Practical effect: Exporters may follow the with-payment refund route for shipments made from 8 October 2024, though demands for earlier periods survive and still need to be defended.
