Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your New GST Registration is completed on the portal from Rs.1,499 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Keelkattalai have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Viduthal Nagar 1st main road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Keelkattalai lies where Medavakkam Main Road meets the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam 200 Feet Radial Road, its frontage carrying tile and sanitaryware showrooms, timber and hardware dealers, supermarkets and diagnostic labs that serve the apartment belt around Keelkattalai Lake. Dealers delivering materials to construction sites regularly trip on e-way bill requirements for consignments above Rs.50,000, and first-time registration for fast-growing retailers is routine work here. GST compliance in a market like Keelkattalai rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides New GST Registration to businesses throughout Keelkattalai and nearby Madipakkam and Kovilambakkam on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Keelkattalai business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
Viduthal Nagar 1st main road is a main connecting road in Keelkattalai, about 900 m north-east of the centre of Keelkattalai. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sunnambu Kolathur (about 150 m); Dr.Ambedkar Salai (about 300 m); 2nd Cross Street (about 300 m); Maxworth Nagar main road (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Viduthal Nagar 1st main road can usually be combined with other work in Keelkattalai on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Viduthal Nagar 1st main road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Keelkattalai pincode is 600117.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
TVH Lumbini Square Owners Association - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. 25/ARA/2019, dated 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
A residents welfare association collected monthly maintenance contributions from its members. The Authority held that where the contribution per member exceeds Rs. 7,500 a month, GST is payable on the entire contribution and not merely on the amount above Rs. 7,500. The Madras High Court subsequently held, in Greenwood Owners Association, that only the excess over Rs. 7,500 is taxable, and associations now follow that judicial position.
Practical effect: Chennai apartment associations should apply the High Court position carefully and keep member-wise workings ready for departmental scrutiny.
Notification No. 62/2020-Central Tax · 2020-08-20
The Central Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2020 inserted Rule 8(4A) and Rule 8(4B), requiring an applicant for registration to authenticate the Aadhaar number of the promoter, partner or authorised signatory while submitting Form GST REG-01. Rule 9 was amended so that an application with successful Aadhaar authentication could be granted quickly, whereas failure to authenticate, or non-opting, triggered physical verification of the place of business and a longer processing period.
What it means for you: A Chennai applicant who completes Aadhaar authentication gets the GSTIN in days, while skipping it invites a site visit by the officer and weeks of delay.
GSTN Advisory dated 23 August 2024 — Rule 10A bank account furnishing · 2024-08-23
GSTN advised that under Rule 10A of the CGST Rules, registered taxpayers must furnish valid bank account details within 30 days of registration or before filing GSTR-1 or IFF, whichever is earlier. From 1 September 2024 the portal blocks GSTR-1 and IFF filing for taxpayers whose bank account details are not available and validated on the portal. The measure targets fraudulent registrations created without genuine banking trails.
What to do about it: Newly registered businesses should add and validate their bank account on the portal immediately after registration to avoid a filing blockage.
