Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Kilpauk businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Flowers Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Kilpauk, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Kilpauk is Chennai's hospital belt, anchored by Kilpauk Medical College Hospital on Poonamallee High Road, with private hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and pharmacies lining New Avadi Road and Ormes Road. Restaurants and educational institutions fill the residential pockets. The recurring GST issue here is apportioning input tax credit where exempt healthcare income mixes with taxable pharmacy, canteen and room-rent revenue. We provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Kilpauk and the adjoining Chetpet and Purasawalkam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Kilpauk never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Kilpauk. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
Flowers Road is a main connecting road in Kilpauk, about 750 m east of the centre of Kilpauk. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Gengu Reddy Road (about 200 m); Barnaby Road (about 250 m); Ormes Road (about 300 m); Gengu Reddy Subway (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Flowers Road can usually be combined with other work in Kilpauk on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Flowers Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Kilpauk pincode is 600010.

Circular No. 242/36/2024-GST · 2024-12-31
For online services supplied to unregistered persons, including OIDAR services, online gaming and subscriptions, CBIC clarified that the supplier must record the recipient's State on the tax invoice, which is then deemed the address on record for determining place of supply under Section 12(2)(b). Failure to collect and record the State means incorrect place of supply, wrong apportionment of tax between States, and exposure to penal action under Section 122(3)(e).
What to do about it: Any business selling digital services or subscriptions to consumers must capture the customer's State at checkout and print it on invoices, or face penalties and tax reallocation disputes.
43rd GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 28 May 2021 · 2021-05-28
The Council announced an amnesty scheme reducing late fee on pending GSTR-3B returns for the tax periods from July 2017 to April 2021. For taxpayers with no tax liability in those periods the late fee was capped at Rs 500 per return, and for others at Rs 1,000 per return, in each case counting central and state tax together. The reduced late fee applied only where the returns were furnished between 1 June 2021 and 31 August 2021, a window later extended to 30 November 2021.
What to do about it: Taxpayers who cleared four years of pending returns in this window paid a fraction of the statutory late fee, which is why acting promptly in an amnesty window matters so much.
RSB Transmissions (India) Ltd v. Union of India — Jharkhand High Court, judgment dated 18 October 2022 · 2022-10-18
The taxpayer had deposited about Rs. 29.83 crore into the electronic cash ledger before the due dates but filed GSTR-3B late for several tax periods between July 2017 and December 2019, and interest was demanded for the delay. The High Court dismissed the challenge, holding that a deposit in the electronic cash ledger is only money held to the taxpayer's credit and does not discharge tax liability. Liability is discharged only when the ledger is debited on filing the return, so interest runs until then.
Why this matters: Depositing cash into the ledger early does not protect you from interest — the GSTR-3B must actually be filed on time.
